This rental includes a 2-bedroom/1-bath apartment AND a separate studio suite with 1 bath, making it perfect for friends, groups, or remote workers where someone (or a couple) can enjoy an independent suite space on the same floor as the larger apartment. Itâs a comfortable choice for up to 9 guests in the charming LE PLATEAU neighborhood.

- A comfortable open living space with sofa seating, and a flatscreen HDTV. Itâs a prime spot for downtime moments at home.
- A large dining table that seats 6 for enjoying peaceful meals at home. You can also use the table as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.
- An equipped kitchen with quality appliances and all the basics needed to prepare meals. Plus, essential extras like a coffee maker and a toaster.
