Southern Utah's Playground #108 is the perfect getaway that comfortably sleeps 12, featuring 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Ideal for families or groups, this home offers two luxurious king suites with attached baths, and a fun bunk room with two queen-over-queen bunks. Enjoy the ultimate outdoor experience with a private hot tub, cozy fire table, BBQ grill, and ample outdoor seating. With a double-car garage and four designated parking spaces, thereâs plenty of room for everyone. Please note, all bedrooms are located upstairs for added privacy.
Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Pecan Valley, an up-and-coming resort-style community designed for adventure! Currently, in the early stages of a 400-unit build plan, Pecan Valley will offer access to a 2-acre water park featuring a surf pool, lazy river, slides, and more! In addition to the water park, guests will also be able to use a recreational facility planned to include a gym, rock climbing, and other features! This community is also perfectly situated for a short drive to Zionâs National Park, the city center or one of many Southern Utah outdoor experiences!
We want to advise you that during this time, the Pecan Valley Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
