Nice little house with nice patio and back yard. It was well equipped with all basic needs and well equipped kitchen. Close to Old Town and nice golf course. Will stay there again in the future. Taryn was in contact with us daily.

Great stay at this property. Nice quiet and convenient location. Well stocked kitchen and appliances. Very comfortable furnishings. Everything very clean. I had 4 nights. Two nights on my own. I felt very safe in the area. Host checked in to make sure everything was perfect.

This was a wonderful home, in a great location, within walking distance of Old Town Albuquerque. The rooms were nicely appointed, spotless and the exterior was nicely landscaped. We had no problems communicating with the host. I’m sure we would have enjoyed staying longer, if we just had the time.

Location was amazing and surprisingly quiet given the downtown location. The beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed to have a seamless stay.

This was a great place to stay. The area was very peaceful and quiet given it's proximity to Central Avenue The residence was clean, cozy, adorable, and very comfortable. It was an easy walk to Old Town. Also, the Pinon coffee was a nice plus. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice, clean house with great amenities. It was perfect access to the zoo, aquarium and museums. Would definitely recommend.

This was an ideal setting to be close to everything but not feel like you were in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Very close to Historic Rt 66 and a short walk or drive to Old Town Albuquerque. The house was well appointed, our favorite part was morning coffee on the covered patio. Though not on the listed amenities and perks of the house, on our first morning patio coffee we were greeted by a roadrunner who joined us for coffee and got our week-long stay off to a phenomenal start. (he had hopped the fence and stayed in the yard and around us till we finished our coffee). "Bonus"It was a quiet neighborhood and only a short drive to I-40. Communication prior to arriving, during our stay and just before departure were prompt, informative and courteous. Extra Stars for the New Mexico Pinion Coffee ready to perk!After trekking around Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Petroglyphs, museums and Sandia Peak to name a few... it was nice to pull into the driveway and our "very comfortable home away from home". Evenings on the patio again with a glass of wine would end the day... sometimes with thunderstorm shows or just a starry glow to wind down and prepare for a new day.We were NOT disappointed, site was "as advertised" and more! Beautiful remodel on this two bedroom, one bath home keeping the original charm while adding modern updates to kitchen and bath in particular. Very clean!Flawless communication and check-in process.Great location with walking conveniece to Old Town Albuquerque. We highly recommend the Seared Bistro one block away for dinner and the Central Grill and Coffee House two blocks away for breakfast. The Albuquerque Museum is walkable and the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center is not but both make for great visits. We also rode the Sandia Mountain Tram with impressive views and had an outstanding lunch at the TEN3 casual dining restaurant.In summary, we would definitely stay in this house again due to quality, value, and convenience.

Thank you for thinking of everything. We very much enjoyed staying in this cozy little house. The Pinon coffee was a wonderful touch and the first morning we walked to breakfast at Duran’s Pharmacy. It was a very convenient location. Beds were comfortable and ceilings fans were awesome. Loved all the little decorative touches around the home. Thanks again!
