The Apartment:
-Is a second floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Full kitchen and private terrace.
-The apartment includes 2 free parking.
Resort Area:
-Direct Private Beach Access â Walk right from the resort to the beach in seconds.
-5 Amazing Pools + Lazy River â Includes a water slide, kid-friendly areas, and even a jacuzzi!
-Tropical Gardens & Resort Amenities â Basketball, tennis, mini-golf, playgrounds, BBQ areas, and more.
-Spacious, Fully Equipped Apartment â 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, A/C, Wi-Fi, and balcony or terrace with tropical views.
-Safe, Gated Community â 24/7 security for your peace of mind.
Access Rules: Community Requirements
-All guests must be registered with the property manager prior to arrival. Full names and ages are required for entry passes.
-A one-time resort fee per stay apply for wristbands that grant access to all common areas.
-Wristbands are required at all times in pool and recreational areas. (Wristband amount of $10/per guest.)
-Maximum occupancy rules must be respected for safety and compliance.

-Aquatika is a secure, gated resort with controlled entry.
-Guests will receive an access pass for parking and entry.
-The name of the main guest must match the reservation list at the security gate.
