Welcome to your peaceful mountain retreat—a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa tucked inside the Buffalo Bills Resort Villas in the heart of Arizona’s scenic high country. Just minutes from vibrant downtown Show Low, this inviting escape offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty.

This home is now under new ownership, and all prior guest concerns have been thoughtfully addressed with fresh updates throughout — including hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner, body Soap and hand soap
in each bathroom, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, another smart TV in the second bedroom, a pullout sofa, new comfortable mattresses, a propane grill with tools, and a countertop air fryer/oven/toaster combo — all designed to ensure amazing stays moving forward.

Inside, you’ll find thoughtful touches throughout, including central AC, a cozy living room perfect for relaxing and reconnecting, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and supplies, including coffee, tea, and spices, and cleaning supplies to make mealtime a breeze. The kitchen also features an island with seating for two and chalkboard label wine goblets and all the dinnerware you could ask for. The dining room table seats four.

After a day of adventure, retreat to one of two well-appointed bedrooms: one with a plush king bed, the other with a cozy queen, or a queen sofa bed in the living room. The laundry room features a washer and dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, stain remover wipes, vacuum, mop, broom, dustpan, and iron.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
