The (2) bedrooms are located upstairs and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. "The Cottage Chic" bedroom includes a king sized bed with 6 drawers for storage, ROKU television enabled, private full bath features tub with shower and some toiletries. "The Modern Woodland" bedroom includes a queen sized bed with 6 drawers for storage, ROKU television enabled, dvd player, private bath with shower and some toiletries. This room has unique LED faux birch tree lighting and Edison bulb table lamp. The common space bed is a queen sofa bed with upgraded gel mattress. The downstairs den includes a ROKU television, a dedicated work space with office chair and desk, sofa bed, loveseat, toys and games. Free WiFi included. Dimmable lighting in kitchen, dining area, den, and work space.

Guests have access to entire home and fenced backyard except outdoor storage closet.
