We are minutes away from Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point Marinas as well as the NEW Sands Park that has pickleball, tennis, putting green, beach volleyball, basketball courts and a playground. Something for everyone! Bring your own boat or rent one locally from our Gulf access property. Plenty of space to gather or places to have your privacy. WIFI throughout the home.
