Welcome to Pearls Paradise, a direct oceanfront condo with unparalleled panoramic ocean views!
ENTRY:
• Contact-free check in utilizing digital keypad.
*Stairs required. This unit is on the 2nd floor with approximately 20 steps required.
PARKING:
• Free parking in private lot. You are able to bring up to 2 vehicles.
• The HOA does not allow guests to have motorcycles, golf carts, boats or U-hauls.
KITCHEN:
• Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.
• Full size fridge, stovetop, oven, dishwasher and microwave.

• Air fryer
• Cleaning products available
• Coffee bar with Kuerig coffee maker and all the essentials (coffee pods, creamers, sugars) to get you started!

• Dining table with seating for 6. (Extra leaf is in master closet)

• Large living room area with access to private balcony overlooking expansive ocean views.

• Direct beach access from the complex!
• Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand located throughout complex.
• We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart and children's sand toys. Just BYOBT (bring your own beach towels)!
CLEANING/LINENS:
• Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking.
• Linens are provided
• Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay
WASHER/DRYER:
• Free in-unit washer/dryer.
A/C:
• Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have full access to the condo other than locked owners closets and cabinet.
Guests also have full use of shared spaces including parking, pool, outdoor shower area, and grill.
Other things to note:
We provide starter amenities for each stay including hand soap, dishwasher pacs and laundry detergent. We also try to provide basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper, coffee, oil spray, foil, plastic wrap, etc.). However, we cannot guarantee these will be available for your stay. We will not replace or replenish these items during your stay, but appreciate you letting us know if they are running low or are not stocked.
All linens, including sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels, are provided. We do not provide beach towels. All linens including bedspreads, throw blanket, and pillow shams are washed between EACH stay so you can rest easy knowing your bed is clean!
This unit is on the second floor (2 full sets of stairs as the condominium is on pillars) without elevator. Please ensure you are able to walk up 2 flights of stairs with your belongings.
This unit has a strict nonsmoking policy-no smoking or vaping in unit or on balcony. If you smoke or vape this is not the rental for you. There is a $1000 fine for smoking or vaping of any kind.
Our HOA does not allow guests to bring pets. We love our furry friends, but unfortunately they are not allowed. There is a $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
Owner will provide a contract with complete house and HOA rules prior to check in.
No parties or large gatherings permitted.
There is a Roku doorbell at entrance for security purposes. No other cameras or monitoring devices are on the premises.
We provide games, kids toys, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas (2) and a beach cart.
We do our best to ensure these are available and in good working order. However in case a previous guest breaks or misplaces an item we cannot guarantee these will be available for your stay.
