The master bedroom is is fitted with a king-size bed and a en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed that shares the second guest bathroom.
The third bedroom is fitted with two single beds that share the second guest bathroom.

There are two full bathrooms in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

The master bedroom an ensuite full bathroom, while one full bathroom is located just across the hallway and easily accessible for the guests staying in the second and third bedrooms. Worry about nothing with these thoughtfully stocked bathrooms that provide everything you need and more.

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully-designed home provides a scullery area in addition to a separate laundry area. The dining area seats 6 guests at the gorgeous wooden table.

The secondary lounge, or sunroom, is filled with natural light shining through the large windows. Guests staying at this modern casita home have exclusive access to numerous amenities. Take time to relax on the sunlit pool deck and enjoy the saltwater pool. There are multiple HDTVs in the home, along with an entertainment system powered by Roku. You are welcome to use the laundry area, as well as the workspace.

This home is located in Lauderdale Isles, an exclusive community. A unique door code will be given to guests prior to their stay, granting them gate access to the front door. This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises, with additional street parking.

We won't be available in person but are available via message, text, or phone at all hours.

The home is located in Lauderdale Isles, an exclusive waterfront neighborhood of South Florida.

Each one of our homes is specifically designed with guests in mind and maintained at the same level as a luxury hotel. We leave a starter kit of the following for your convenience:

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $100 per pet fee

IMPORTANT
Our home is nestled in a residential neighborhood. There are noise restrictions with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. This is enforced by the city.

A gentle reminder, absolutely no smoking inside the property, no pets or parties allowed. A minimum fee of $500 will be applied for any violations of the house rules.

BUGS: As a reminder, South Florida is a humid climate year round, which bugs love. We pest control spray our properties on a monthly basis to prevent bugs and cockroaches as best possible. However, because of the South Florida climate, we can not guarantee that bugs won't randomly appear. If they do, please let us know right away and we will address the issue immediately.

HURRICANE SEASON: June 1st- November 30th. We encourage all travelers who book during this time frame to purchase travel insurance that covers natural disasters.

*Some of our rules may sound stern but we just want to make sure we're all on the same page before we get you all checked in. Thanks in advance for taking a quick second to acknowledge them!*

1. If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking.

2. Guest acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

3. No parties or events allowed.

4. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number.

5. NO SMOKING; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana. There will be a $300 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

6. Incense and candles are in the rental for guest enjoyment but please be cautious when burning and blowing out to avoid wax or ashes from damaging anything.

7. Please return games to their respective boxes after each use.

8. If you use the pool, please do so at your own risk.

9. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, a violation could lead to a fee or the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. We will charge a $35 fee for every additional guest past the occupancy limit (8 people).

10. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.

11. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).

12. No unauthorized pets allowed. Additional cleaning fee will be incurred if there is animal dirt/hair in the house in order to remedy for next guests.

13. Please be cautious of the white furniture/rugs/bedding. Unfortunately if damages or stains occur during stay, guest will incur additional cleaning fee in order to remedy for the next guests.

14. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.

15. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior, front door camera.

16. If any glitter or confetti is found at the property after check-out, an automatic additional cleaning fee of $150 will be assessed.
