Soothing Blues in Peaceful 2BR/1BA Cottage
Summary:
Traveling to this area for work and need a comfortable home-away-from-home for weeks or months? Stay longer and enjoy up to 20% savings on the nightly rate!
Forget your worries in this serene and cozy home. Indigo and turquoise blue enriches the living spaces, with splashes of raspberry fuchsia for contrast. Comfortable furnishings define the living areas; with plenty of comfy places to relax, this can be your home-away-from-home.
The Space:
This is an older, newly remodeled 2 BR, 1 BA home with a "shotgun-style" floor plan. Silvery walls and bright white trim make the space naturally bright and airy. The bedrooms are outfitted with light-blocking curtains for a good nightâs rest. There is a dedicated workspace with plenty of light and plugs for electronics in the enclosed porch area, along with a well-supplied laundry room.
Guest Access:
The entire home and double-lot yard is for your use.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet residential, close to Nederland Ave. There are a few local restaurants just a few steps and blocks away. My recommendations are sent via your booking channel.
Getting Around:
This town is not very walkable, so having your own transportation is necessary. Uber and Lyft and taxi services operate in the area in a limited fashion. Allow plenty of time when calling a ride share or schedule your pick-up ahead of time.

EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, please make your request for early check-in before 10am. Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If approved, there will be an additional $25 fee.
LATE CHECK OUT REQUESTS: Late check out requests up to 2pm can only be accommodated with prior notification so that I can book my professional cleaning team accordingly. Requests must be made before 5:00 pm the day before check-out. There will be an additional $35 fee (if approved). Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If you are late checking out without approval, then there will be an additional $75 fee for checking out late. For a departure after 2pm, a full 1 night charge is added.
