This charming coastal retreat features a private backyard oasis with a pool, grill, and plenty of room to unwind. With 3 cozy bedrooms, Roku TVs throughout, and modern amenities, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Just a short golf cart ride from shops, dining, and the beachâyour perfect vacation starts here.
The Space:
Everything is new! This was a full remodel in 2025â it has new electrical, plumbing, roof, and interior!
Our home offers a comfortable layout ideal for families or small groups. Inside youâll find:
-Three bedrooms: 2 king beds and 1 queen bed
-Two full bathrooms
-Roku TVs in each bedroom with access to YouTube TV and live streaming
-A fully equipped kitchen with starter supplies
-Beekman 1802 shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom
-Private pool in a fenced backyard with lounge seating and a gas grill
-Washer and dryer located in the utility closet off the carport
-Fresh linens and towels are available throughout the home
Whether youâre lounging poolside or enjoying a meal with friends, this space is designed to help you feel right at home.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home and backyard during their stay.
A 6-seater golf cart is available for rent as an optional add-onâperfect for exploring the island in style!

Located in a peaceful, family-friendly area of Saint Simons Island, our home offers a quiet retreat just minutes from everything. Youâll be a short drive or golf cart ride from:
