Mid Stay Cleans / Cleaning Before Checkout for $90 includes linen & towel change + restocking of offered supplies (coffee pods, creamer, sugar, toilet paper, paper towel etc) For guests staying 11-20 nights, the cleaning fee will be multiplied by 2 and if staying for 21-30 nights, it will be multiplied by 3. ** NO CATS ALLOWED** - Our housekeepers are allergic to cats. **NO TRAILER PARKING AVAILABLE** Front-Facing cameras outside of the property and at the entrance for your safety. Please let us know if you will be needing a pack 'n play crib during your stay to ensure its availability. It can be furnished for $25. *Please be advised that we currently have water interruption in the entire park at random times. We are trying to coordinate this with the management. Your vehicle needs to be All Wheel Drive or 4x4 with good tires for snow or ice. SECURITY DEPOSIT / DAMAGE WAIVER
Accidents happen, and we want your stay stress-free. **Before arrival, pick one required protection option in our secure Guest App:** As an official partner of Airbnb, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App

1. **Security Deposit.** A standard **refundable $250** hold on your card, fully released after checkout if no damage occurs.
2. **Damage Waiver – non-refundable** A small $34.95 one-time fee that covers accidental damage. Quick peace of mind. **non-refundable**

PET RULES:
- CONTACT US with a dog description prior to booking
- Please let us know if your sweet pet needs a crate, doggie toys, bowls, scooper, or anything during your stay so we can prepare it for you
- You must accept the request for a $70 pet cleaning fee for stays 3 nights and less
- Additional $15 for an extra dog
- 3+ nights the pet fee = $20/night/dog
- Limited to 1 dogs; 20 lbs max
- Pet to be up-to-date on vaccinations
- Pick up after them
- Must be house-trained/potty-trained
- Dogs are NOT allowed on FURNITURE
- No fenced yard for dog/s. Must be leashed on the property at all times
- Your dog/s must be with you at all times. Leaving your dog/s unattended (meaning not crated or kenneled) will result in vacating the premises
- You assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by your dog/s and agree to pay an additional amount shall this occur
- If excessive dog/s noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors, you must quiet the situation
