What an awesome place! The backyard patio was our favorite spot of our stay, not to mention the neighbors vegetable garden. It’s a home away from home! Will be back.

The overall experience was great with this location. The house was as expected. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the internet was spotty.

This property had everything I needed! It was bright, airy, and clean. The bed I slept in was very comfortable and the bedroom tranquil. All of the bedrooms appeared to have great sleep environments. The living room has a very open, large space with a huge and very comfortable-looking couch. I didn't spend time hanging out in the living room, but it is a great feature of the home. My favorite part of the property is the patio outside! The patio chairs are so comfortable; I even made a note of the brand and style. There was a great coffee set up with two coffee makers, creamers, and snacks. The property is conveniently located and only minutes away from my favorite places in the Royal Oak area. Atam was a warm and very responsive host! I very much enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this property!

Atam was a quick and efficient communicator. Issues were addressed quickly. I had a one month stay. The only issue with cleanliness was the family room carpet and couch. They both needed a thorough cleaning. It should be noted the house is located on a 4 lane highway with significant truck traffic and related road noise in the bedrooms. The living spaces were thoughtfully appointed, the backyard space was useful and comfortable. Many, many nice touches were present including coffee, laundry detergent, basic spices, oils, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc…

A wonderful stay had all that was needed in the house very comfortable on a busy road and a very narrow driveway we had 2 cars so my brother would pull in the car backwards so the front of the car was facing forward toward the street so that it easier to pull out on the road some suggestions- blinds in the kitchen and in the living room in the back of the VRBO for privacy and it would help with heating and cooling bills we stayed there almost 2 weeks the beds were not so comfortable I had a hard time sleeping otherwise it was a great stay and I would stay there again Atam was a good host and answered back quit with any questions or concerns I had

Girlfriend’s Weekend

We were pleased with the look of this rental. It was very easy to reach the owner if I had questions. I rented the place for a girls weekend with two other girls that I worked with 20 years ago. The place was clean, the kitchen had supplies we needed and there were several places we could come together and talk, notably and very comfortable. If we do this again next year, I would stay here again. I want to give a shout out to Atam as he was very easy to contact and gave us the ability to check out later as our friend from Minnesota had a later flight..
