Two spacious bedrooms on the second floor each feature king-sized beds and a cozy sitting area. There is an exercise/yoga mat to deepen your relaxation. On the first floor, you'll find two queen-sized bedroomsâone with a built-in office space, perfect for those needing to work remotely.

Modern and well-appointed (including hair dryers and towel heaters), designed for comfort and convenience.

Take a scenic walk along Lagoon Pond Road to reach Vineyard Haven, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, and the Marthaâs Vineyard Museum just steps away. Nearby beaches include Owen Park and Eastville, and youâre only 3 minutes by bike to the Edgartown-Vineyard Haven bike path.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
