This ocean view condo is comfortable and well equipped. The view from the balcony is amazing for sunsets!! You are steps from the beautiful beach and the cute town of Newport. The host’s communication was top notch!! Enjoyed our one night stay.

Loved this property!! Had everything I could think of needing. View was breathtaking!! Listening to the ocean at night was priceless! Everywhere we wanted to go was under 10 minutes. Ladonna’s recommendations were used and enjoyed! Communication was quick and detailed. Loved Newport and will be back.

Great location for spring break with our grandchildren. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all of the amenities. Living room set up well for looking out on the beach, watching movies as well as playing games. Very close to beach access. Many restaurants within walking distance.

Ocean visible from master bedroom and living/dining room and kitchen… so wonderful to sit and the watch crab boat lights and people/ pets on the beach!

Great stay at this condo, Everything was as advertised and the host even split the loft king bed into 2 singles for us. We were 2 mother/daughter pairs (adult daughters) and it was perfect for us. The beach was right outside our window, the view amazing, the cute town just steps away with restaurants, shops, etc. The host was very responsive and willing to help. I would definitely stay again, great value!

LaDonna was a fantastic host. The listing had so much prep, equipment, and amenities that we literally could have showed up with just our clothes and had everything we needed for a beach stay. 10/10.

Beautiful condo right on the beach (with easy beach access)! It was clean, great amenities, everything worked and no weird surprises. We loved the location; close to shops, food, and fun. Beds were comfortable and there was nothing we wish it had. We didn’t travel with kids, but it seemed like a great place for families as well. Would book again!

A wonderful place to stay with amazing views of the ocean and close beach acces. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 being a loft with separate bath and large tub. The owner supplied all those items we all seem to forget. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Close enough to walk to Nye beach with shops and restaurants. We will be back again.

Stayed during a sunny weather break in January. Very nice condo with a well equipped kitchen. Great views from living room and primary bedroom. Large deck.
