You will enjoy your vacation knowing that we delighted in making this home comfortable. From the hot-tub to plush beds and linens, expansive kitchen, 2 living rooms & incredible game room (Oh & endless hot water) your family is going to make lifelong memories. You are going to love the huge kitchen with dining for 11, Bullfrog hot-tub (8 person), 2 living rooms; one is a game room with foosball table and arcade! 2,400 square feet of awesomeness. The primary bedroom includes an on-suite bathroom with a soaker tub. The king and queen beds feature a Tempur-Pedic cover on a foam bed. All beds have plush linens and bedding, and extra blankets. 75 inch Samsung TV’s are in located in both living rooms as well as the primary bedroom. We even added Sonos theater like surround in the living room. It’s vacation time!!

Access… WOW! You are in the heart of the Lake District and yes you get the whole house. 6-8 min to Kalispell, with Costco, Target, Cabela’s, REI, Old Navy and so much more. Also enjoy the ultrafast fiberoptic internet, with speeds of 500mbps up and 500mbps down.

Open fields with monster views of mountains. The property also borders a 3,000 acre wildlife refuge.

Let the adventure begin! The views here are straight into Glacier National Park from the kitchen and hot-tub and GNP is only 30ish min to the gate from the house. (Yes, we took all the photos) You are also super close to seven lakes, (10-15 min) the mountain coaster, zip-lines, fishing, river rafting. We are excited for you to enjoy what we built! Like we said, this is your adventure base! Time to book!!
The hot tub cover folds in half (over the bar) and the is pushed upright and rests on the back of the hot tub. Please do not remove the hot tub cover. It can get damaged. Please note it is $600 to replace.

HOT TUB:
1. No Smoking and No Food in the hot tub. Ash and pizza cost $500 to remove from the water, pumps, and filters.

2. No glass on the patio, trust us, don’t “cut” your vacation short.

3. No unattended children in the hot tub. Enjoy your kids today and tomorrow, if they are in the water so are you!

When cooking please use the fans, and if need be crack a window.

No block parties allowed.

Do not exceed the homes MAX occupancy.

Please take or toss any unused alcoholic beverages.
