Centrally located between Brownwood Paddock and Lake Sumter Landing, you are minutes away from restaurants and shopping.
Enjoy Florida living at its finest with a spacious covered lanai featuring an outdoor kitchen with grillâperfect for relaxing evenings under the stars. Inside, the open-concept design includes a gourmet kitchen with a separate dining nook and an oversized breakfast bar, ideal for both casual meals and lively conversations.
The elegant master suite is a true escape, complete with ceiling fan, dual walk-in closets, a whirlpool soaking tub, and a Roman-style walk-in shower.
