Family Friendly Luxury 3/2 Home

Our home will accommodate 7 guests with a full kitchen, living room with TV and entertainment center, a dining area seats eight. A king bed in the Main Suite has a TV and a bathroom. There is a queen bed in bedroom 2, and a twin over full bunk and another twin bed in the bedroom 3, near bathroom 2. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. It has an enclosed open-air courtyard/lanai that is furnished with lounges, seating for 6, and grill. Guests can use the community recreation amenities.
Reservations made 20 days or less before arrival are subject to an additional $100 to cover expediting the Briarwood Lease Application.
NO smoking in the HOUSE, GARAGE and LANAI.
Do NOT sit on house furniture with sunscreen or wet clothes.
Do NOT move the house furniture. Or any inside furniture outdoors or into the lanai.
Do NOT allow pets on furniture or use house linens, blankets etc. as bed for pets.
We do require you to sign a vacation rental agreement and Briarwood Lease application prior to your stay. Briarwood is a gated community and you will NOT be allowed entry without these forms be completed. Therefore, we will ask for your email to deliver the forms.

Wonderful home in a great location.

This is a truly lovely home with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The location is great, with beaches, shopping, dining and attractions all within a few minutes drive. Best vacation ever!

Great hosts, impeccably clean home, SW Florida sunshine, and--most of all!--a beautiful pool and sauna all to ourselves. Paradise found! We've rented many homes throughout the country through VRBO over the last decade, and my husband thought this was the most relaxing vacation he's had in years! Great time in Naples

Our family escaped over Thanksgiving last minute and felt welcomed by Keith from day one. He called after we reserved his place to make sure we were all set and ready to come, answer any questions. We've done over a dozen VRBO's and he was wonderful. We loved the layout of the home (kids on one wing, us on another), the pool and had perfect weather. Super clean, updated home, well decorated. Thanks so much for making it a wonderful vacation!

This is the whole package!

Not only did the property exceed our expectations but the property managers, Keith and Beth, did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Not only did they provide us with instructions on everything in the house but also lots of information on restaurants, sites to see, and things to do. The neighborhood is great too! Perfect home

My family has been coming to Naples since 2016 for our vacation and this home was by far our favorite. It is stocked with everything you need and the pool area is a small paradise. Keith was an incredible host who communicated not only before our stay answering questions but even checked in a couple times during our stay to make sure we were satisfied. 5 stars is not enough for this place. We will definitely will be calling Keith for our 2024 vacation.

Beautiful home in the perfect location!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Naples at this beautiful courtyard home. The home was very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything from beach toys, chairs, umbrella, kitchen essentials to cook at home and even bikes to enjoy the wonderful Briarwood community. Keith is very responsive, helpful and friendly. The pool area is very spacious and the pool is saltwater, which is wonderful!! Thank you again for everything and we hope to be back soon!!

Excellent experience!

We had a great time! Naples is beautiful and the house was wonderful. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. The owners are great people and were very welcoming. The house has lots of amenities such as the bluetooth feature in the pool area, reclining seats in the living room, and lots of toys and games for the kids. There are also bikes that you can use to ride around the neighborhood. We will certainly miss the time that we spent in Naples and will make sure to visit again soon.

Let me start with WOW! BEST stay we’ve had in over 6 years of renting in Naples!!!

Cannot begin to put into words how organized and impeccable the house was! It was private, clean and well managed. Keith and Beth were outstanding hosts and as hands on as you need them to be. They live close to the house but respect your privacy. It brought us great comfort to know that the property owners were as responsive as they were nice! If you want the total package away from the hustle and bustle...THIS is the spot! We’ll be back!

Fabulous Experience!

Usually when you rent a vacation home, you walk in hoping the home lives up to the pictures and descriptions. Our first thought upon entering Keith & Beth’s home was, “How soon can we re-book and do they do long term rentals?” The home is very well looked after, and decorated nicely so that it feels very welcoming. Keith & Beth made sure we were comfortable and then left us to enjoy our vacation, with the knowledge that if we needed anything, they were a quick call away. Great experience and great service! Fantastic location and hosts!

This was my first experience with VRBO and this home exceeded my expectations. The pictures are accurate - the house is lovely and the pool is outstanding. The neighborhood is clean and safe. But probably the best part were the hosts Keith and Beth. They welcomed me soon after my arrival to make sure I had been able to get in ok and gave me some hints regarding the area. I was familiar with Naples but it was nice to get some new recommendations. They live in Briarwood so it was nice to have them close by. I'm happy that I will be renting one of their other properties next year and going forward. This trip was everything I was hoping for and even more!!!! Can't wait to return next year and for years to come.

Exceptional!!!!

This was our first VRBO stay and I am SO mad we didn't do this before!!!! First off, if you are looking for hosts who are OUT OF THIS WORLD, Keith and Beth are IT!!!!! The kindness cup runneth over!!!! We were greeted upon our arrival by Keith, he quickly went over a few points of interest within the home. The pool and spa are absolutely to die for!!! All of the amenities were precisely what we needed for our family of which children range from 8-18. The home is easily located in the neighborhood (which is gated and has very friendly guards). Appliances are new, clean and comfy accommodations. We would NOT hesitate to. come back to this house or any other that Keith and Beth manage! WOW WOW WOW!!!! Thank you to Keith and Beth for being so amazing, kind and helpful!

Great Getaway!

This is a great property with many wonderful amenities! Most importantly for us, was the hot tub and pool. They worked perfectly and were well-maintained! As a family travelling from Canada, we also appreciate a property with beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, bikes, etc. The house has several updated appliances that make the house feel like home: washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, a great blender, two coffee machines, etc. Bluetooth for the lanai is a small but fun detail! The neighborhood is gorgeous, safe, and well-maintained. Proximity to shops and beaches is great. A couple small updates we would recommend are more towel hooks and perhaps a drying rack for the lanai. We play hard in the water and go through towels and swimsuits like crazy. We struggled getting them to dry with limited racks/hooks. Perhaps unique to us, we spend a lot of time in the home after dark reading or doing puzzles. We would recommend more light/higher wattage for these activities in the darker months. Lastly, we'd like to mention this house is close to the airport and a busy road. It didn't really bother us much (we're quite loud ourselves!) but for those seeking a peaceful retreat, please keep this in mind. Keith and Beth live across the street and welcomed us upon arrival. They were friendly and responsive to anything we needed and gave us tips and advice on attractions in the area. Thank you for a great vacation getaway!

Amazing House and Location

This house is beautiful!! Layout is perfect. Each side of the house has its own space with the living room and kitchen as central hang outs. Neighborhood is pristine. Front gate staff is very professional and friendly. Location of the house was great. We felt like we were 15 minutes from everywhere. Keith was more than accommodating and welcoming. This was our first time staying in a house rather than a hotel and it was a great experience.

Great location and hosts

This was our second time at this property. We really enjoy the home and the large pool. The home is clean and pictures are accurate. It's only about 10 minutes to several beaches and also great dinning at 5th Ave. The hosts Keith and Beth greet you when you arrive then again on the way out. Keith was very helpful finding additional things to see and do while we were there. We're already planning a trip back in October.

Great house and pool

The house met all of our expectations. The house is beautiful and we especially enjoyed the saltwater pool. The location provides easy access to restaurants in Naples .
