Minuter till stränderna, Popponessett Market Place, Mashpee Commons, Cape Code Children's Museum och så mycket mer!

Regniga dagar ... vi har täckt dig. Vi har nyligen lagt till arkadspel i kommersiell kvalitet för att följa med fotbollsbordet, airhockey, ping pong och basket shoot out-spelet. Du behöver inte lämna den här egenskapen. Även om det finns så mycket att göra och se i området kanske du inte vill lämna ens på de soliga dagarna!

Stor privat pool, utomhusdusch, eldstad, två tvättområden, 7 plattskärms-tv, stora bakre och främre däck, stor privat gård, komplett med linne, badhanddukar och strandutrustning. Allt du vill ha och behöver!

New Seabury kallas ofta "lekplats för de rika och berömda." Unna dig och din familj till det allra bästa. Du vill inte lämna och du kommer att vara angelägen om att återvända. Du kommer att älska det här huset!

Poolen är öppen i slutet av maj till oktober. Poolen kan värmas mot en extra avgift.

Perfect place for a family gathering. We were a multigenerational group celebrating a significant birthday. Sleeping accommodations worked perfect for our group. The grounds and pool were beautiful. The house was very comfortable and teenagers had plenty of games to occupy themselves. The public beach was a 10 minute drive (not 10 minute walk) and shopping and food close by. We would totally recommend staying here.

Fantastic stay

The house was everything they said it would be. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The landscaping around the house is beautiful. The young ones enjoyed games in the garage and of course the pool.

Beautiful property in great location

Great house for our family vacation. There were ten people ages 17-86. Home is spacious and comfortable. Location is great. 5 minute drive to South Cape Beach. 12 minute walk to New Seabury Marketplace. Pool is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Wonderful week at the Cape

Our family had a wonderful week at New Seabury. The house was comfortable, clean and had everything you could possibly want for a week’s stay, including beautiful views of the ocean, fully equipped kitchen, great beds, games for the kids, and a fabulous pool. New Seabury has a lovely central area with some shops, restaurants, mini-golf and entertainment in the evening. We’d definitely come again. Laurie Lerner

Great stay in the cape!

Our stay at this luxurious and spacious home in New Seabury, was nothing short of perfect! The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The pool was a fantastic addition, providing a refreshing escape and hours of fun for our family. The game room was a huge hit, offering endless entertainment for both kids and adults. The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. We can't wait to return to this amazing property. Wonderful stay!

The house was clean and spacious for 5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 children. The bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty of space, and it was great to have several bathrooms. The water pressure is weak but I find that to be the case with most septic houses and/or those near the beach. The pool and the gaming garage were wonderful as well. The location within New Seabury was very enjoyable - we took advantage of the Popponesset Marketplace several times, and ate at the inn. Mashpee Commons is a short drive and great for restaurants, shopping, and a movie on a rainy day. The house is super close to South Cape Beach, and an easy drive to Falmouth to catch the ferry. Highly recommend for a relaxing and lovely family vacation.

Wonderful Cape Cod Week

Our family and friends stayed at this house for the week of 4th of July. This was a reunion of 3 old law school friends and their families. It was a fantastic house and great stay overall. This was our second year visiting Mashpee (before, we stayed in Popponesset). This house is in a beautiful, quiet street in New Seabury. The house is big enough to fit our group, and never feel too cramped. Some of us are soccer fans, and the TVs were great to come together to watch the World Cup. The pool was great during a hot July week. The lawn was in excellent condition for lawn activities, and both kids/grownups enjoyed the game room. Our group had a lot of fun paddle boarding near popponesset island. The distance to the Marketplace was great and the proximity to the Falmouth marina was also convenient. The owner, Justin, was very friendly and responsive to any questions, no matter often or how small the detail. Justin was always looking to provide us with all the information we needed about the property and the neighborhood to make the most of our stay: we felt very welcome and appreciated it. I think the house and the neighborhood was a great setting for our group to catch-up. Most of all, it was great seeing the kids deepen their friendships and enjoy a week of summer vacation.

We had a wonderful family vacation celebrating my husband’s birthday with our four kids, their partners and our two grandchildren. The house and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The pool and game room were thoroughly enjoyed by the family. It is in a wonderful location. The host is extremely responsive. Beautiful home!!! We would certainly stay here again if we vacation on Cape Cod again.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Plenty of space for our family of 6. There was construction going on across the street so a couple of days got noisy but loved the back and front patio and the pool area. The last 2 days of our stay were fairly windy but the landscaping design around the pool blocked most of the wind. Great setup.Loved the top “lighthouse” room with the great view of the ocean. Great little work area!

Fabulous Staycation in New Seabury

This is the perfect spot to treat yourself to a luxury but welcoming staycation. The property is beautiful with sweeping views of the ocean, a lovingly manicured yard, clean rooms, and all the amenities needed and then some. The kids swam everyday followed by some intense table tennis tournaments in the garage game room. The host was accommodating and a pleasure to work with. All in all, a magical week!

Great home for first Cape visit!

The house was perfect for our party of 11. The kids enjoyed the game room, foosball table and pool. The view of the Atlantic from the front porch was a nice way to greet each day and we enjoyed the “full strawberry moon” from that same deck on our last night there. Easily driveable to a variety of great restaurants and shopping. J was very responsive to an issue I emailed about. Hope to make the trip back again some time soon.

We had an amazing weekend staying here. From the ocean views, the cleanliness, the amount of space and things to do, to the comfortable beds and more I already can’t wait to come back! Jay was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and supplied the house with everything that you could possibly need. Highly recommend in any season of the year!

Great family space indoors and out.

Wonderful house, lots of rooms and bathrooms. We had 3 families and we were very comfortable and had our own spaces. The pool and property were super. Very walkable to the little town which was great for the kids. Great location on the Cape, close to Falmouth and Hyannis and Mashpee Commons was a quick car ride away. Owners are remarkable, quick to respond to any questions. We would 100% rent this house again!

Great experience from start to finish. Pictures do not adequately describe how wonderful the home is. Jay is incredibly attentive. Immediately fixed a WiFi problem. Perfect location. Quiet but near everything. Great restaurants nearby. The house also has great views.
