Villa 39B consists of 4 luxury bedrooms located at close proximity to Colombo. The villa is only 10-15 minutes away from the airport. You will experience 24/7 service throughout your stay.
We have fast free Wi-Fi.
Apart from these, anything that you may require will be priority to us and we will make sure to fulfil it.
Villa 39B - an Overview:
Our villa, as visible in the photos, has a one of a kind structure and interior. The design of the villa makes best use of light and wind, following an optimal flow concept. There is a great extent of greenery around the villa providing the perfect surrounding for relaxation and peacefulness during your stay. With 4 extremely luxury and comfortable bedrooms, this is ideal for anyone looking for a stay with exquisite comfort.
The location of our villa is unique as it is only,
- 15 minutes away from the Capital City of Colombo
- 10 minutes away from the Southern Highway (E01)
- 10 minutes away from the Colombo-Katunayaka Expressway (E03) / Airport
The indoors of the villa is very spacious to move around. There are a variety of indoor plants that as proven reduces stress, eases tension and is a help to deter illnesses. This creates a more relaxed and happy ambience through our villa
The villa is surrounded by a garden filled with greenery. Simply a walk around the villa with some breezy winds blowing in your way would provide great relaxation and peacefulness. There is also a pond with fish, adjoining a small grass filled area where you could make use of to hold a BBQ.
The villa comprises of a fully equipped kitchen to create a simple dinner, to bake a cake or even to the extent of cooking a complex Master Chef styled dish

Pharmacy - 5 minutes
Gym - 5 minutes
You could reach the above places on foot. However, if transport is required we would be more than happy to help you out

UberEats & PickMe foods captures some great restaurants to the villa where you could get your food delivered to your doorstep, on days that cooking is not on your mind.
The Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya which is a great heritage to Sri Lanka is only a 5 minute walk from the villa. Behind the temple flows the Kelaniya River. There is a bund along the river that could be used for walking or cycling. Your experience is our number one priority, and we would be more than happy to show you all this around and provide you with the most unique experience with us!
