The Space:
Our spacious two-floor house includes:
- First floor: A fully equipped kitchen and dining area, allowing you to prepare and enjoy a meal with a breathtaking view of the harbor.
Unwind in the comfortable living area with a large sofa and new smart TV.
Additionally, there is a beautiful office area with a desk and chair, providing the perfect space to plan your day or catch up on work. A small, comfortable couch in the office area offers a relaxing spot to unwind.
- Second floor: 3 separate bedrooms all with blackout curtains and built-in storage and closets.
A comfortable bathroom with a shower, designed for your convenience.
Exit and terrace out to the private garden.
- Unbeatable location â Just a few minutes walk to the city, marina and historic sights.
- Panoramic views â Overlook Old Town, Marina, and Fjord right from the kitchen windows.
- Free parking â Free public parking and EV chargers 2 minutes away + free street parking
- 3 cozy bedrooms with blackout curtains and built in closet space
- Easy access â 50m to free city bus, 150m to supermarket, 500m to Old Town.
- Private garden & terrace â Relax to the sound of the river flowing nearby.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all furnished parts of the house, which is exclusively used for professional renting. The basement is locked for safety reasons due to the steep staircase. Basement only contains utility equipment and is not accessible to guests.

Throughout your stay, the host will be available daily for assistance.
