Denna vackra lägenhet vid första våningen har två sovrum och två bad. Det totalrenoverades 2011. Sovrummet har en king size-säng och andra sovrummet har två dubbelrum. Det sover 6 personer. Enkel åtkomst till stranden och poolen som ligger precis utmed skjutbara glasdörrar. Dessa lägenheter har keramiska plattor i hela köket och vardagsrummet, bänkskivor i granit och nya apparater. Enheten har också gratis Wi-Fi, kabel T. V. och gratis fjärrsamtal. Den har också platt-tv i vardagsrummet och båda sovrummen. Clean Condo and Great Location

Holly’s condo was extremely clean and spacious. We loved there was plenty of seating in the living room area and the kitchen had plenty of counter space. The ground floor condo made it extremely easy to access the beach with little ones.

Awesome town!!

The stay at Amelia South condos was excellent. You can’t beat the view from your balcony. Everything that you need is there. Easy drive into town/restaurants. Very quiet surroundings for f you need to take a rest or get some sleep. Will be back for sure. Thanks!!

Mothers Day Weekend

We had such a wonderful time staying at this condo. We have rented it four or five times, we like it that much. The location is perfect for us. Bottom floor, and three units over from the pool. The property is always kept up and the condo is always clean and welcoming.

We loved it!

The condo was just as listed. Very clean, updated decor and an awesome location. The fact that you can walk out the back patio and have such quick access to the pool and beach was the best! The property as a whole was very well maintained. This was our first time to Amelia Island and we really loved it. It might be time for some new sheets as they were definitely worn in. But overall, it was a great stay!
