You’ll wake up to light spilling through the curtains, the kind that makes everything feel slower and softer. Step outside to enjoy the fenced backyard and patio. Perfect for your morning cup of coffee, a fun bbq dinner, and all the tail-wagging sprints and evening sniffs your pup could want.

Inside, we’ve tried to think of everything. Beds with premium sheets we're sure you’ll melt into. A fully stocked Chef's kitchen if inspiration strikes. Fast Wi-Fi, including a bright and sunny workspace perfect for video calls or journaling.

Here in Reynoldstown, you’re not just close to the action — you’re in the heart of it, but without the noise. A historic neighborhood located on the east side of Atlanta, beside Cabbagetown and steps to the Beltline.

Spend your day wandering through the many parks and green spaces, stopping along the way to enjoy the iconic street art and funky shops. Grab tacos at Muchacho, catch the sunset from the Eastside Trail, and end your day with a cocktail on the rooftop patio of Breaker Breaker.

This location is just blocks away from great restaurants, bars, and more making it very walkable.

We have a driveway for 2 cars, as well as street parking for those who bring a car.

Marta is nearby and can take you all over the city. Uber & Lyft are super convenient and easily accessed. It could also be fun to rent a scooter or bike through apps to explore the Beltline.
HOUSE RULES
Airbnb guests that have booked a stay have agreed to the house rules:
- Please be courteous of surrounding neighbors. We have cultivated a strong relationship to continue to host Airbnb guests. For noise / neighbor complaints guests will be fined or asked to leave the property without a refund.
- Guests must be over the age of 25.
- No parties &/or events, glitter, tape, or confetti without prior approval and fees.
- No smoking (vaping) or open flames of any kind. This includes incense. Guests who smoke will be charged a $500 additional cleaning fee.
- Please no loud music or noise after 9 PM.
- Please make sure ALL guests are registered. No photoshoots filming projects unless agreed upon when booking.
-If you live locally, we do not take last minute bookings.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Guests will be charged for missing or stained bath towels, comforter, sheets, or pillows.

REMINDER
- Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the exterior of the property.

We attempt to properly maintain the vacation rental. The vacationer agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he/she has no control. This includes but is not limited to: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure. Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to vacationers or their guests as a result of the acts of said vacationers and guests. Owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to vacationer's belongings during their stay at the vacation rental. By booking this rental, you agree to all the terms listed here.
