Det här är en andra våningsenhet {övervåningen} i en tvåvåningshus. Vi valde specifikt den här enheten eftersom det inte finns några enheter ovanför dig. Ingen "hört talas om elefanter" springer runt. Det är väldigt tyst och ligger mycket nära poolen och det underbara klubbhuset. Det finns barnsäkra portar uppe på trappan. Trappor är inuti enheten och mattor.
Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek i enheten {gratis} i händelse för att mannen blir uttråkad. Vi levererar alla sängkläder, extra handdukar och specifika "pool" handdukar. Mycket mindre att bära i resväskan.
Den visade uteplatsen har 4 bekväma stolar och får morgonen {hela dagen} solen. Perfekt för ditt morgonkaffe eller kvällsvin. Du kan ringa och göra dina vänner avundsjuka på det fina vädret med GRATIS Nordamerikas långdistans eller skicka hembilder med GRATIS WIFI.

**** Något mycket värt att notera
Denna lägenhet byggdes 2008 och inkluderar saker som overheadsprinklersystem för brandskydd, rökdetektorer i VARJE rum, barnsäkra portar på trappan, inkluderar även GFI-skyddade eluttag. Det inspekteras regelbundet och uppfyller ALLA statliga och lokala säkerhetskriterier.

Great place to stay

We booked this property to go to Disneyworld. Very convenient access to the Disney Parks. Overall very pleased with the property and the close proximity to Walmart as well.

Perfect Location

This is the perfect location for easy access to all of the theme parks. We ended up not using the pool or club house amenities, but they looked nice.

Wonderful Stay, Felt at Home!

Enjoyed are stay tremendously. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. Home is quiet and cozy and we felt safe and right at home. Great neighborhood and short distance from the theme parks. Don is a great host and we will definitely like to stay there again when visiting Orlando.

Very comfortable, quiet and wonderful condo

Perfect spot for our little family!

Nice quiet community, really close to Disney, and Walmart at the gate - teens could walk there, plenty to eat close by - from restaurants to fast food, pool was 2 buildings away and usually not crowded. Overall we had an excellent time and appreciate the very clean place and the great hospitality! Will keep in mind for future visits.

Perfect stay in Orlando!

We had an amazing time at Don's place, it was perfect for the three of us (My mother, myself and my toddler). The location is perfect to explore Orlando attractions, but it is also very quiet and peaceful. The amenities are great too, perfect for both adults and kids! Everything is very well-maintained and welcoming. The house was very clean and comfortable, it was like a home away from home. Don was very nice and communication with him was excellent. We loved it so much than we are planning to come back next year!

Great place, SUPER close to Disney!

The condo was great, exactly what you see in the pictures and more. The place is very baby friendly with two porta-cribs, a high chair, a double stroller, and a potty. The pool is awesome, and the unit is close enough to walk to the pool. It's very close to Disney...less than 10 minutes from the condo to the parking lot of Disney. The owner is friendly and very focused on making sure your stay is perfect. We will stay here again.

Don is the best!

Don was amazing and had everything ready for us for our stay. He checked on us while we were there and he also made sure to stock the condo with helpful things we would need. The location is great and wonderful for a family looking to schedule their Disney vacation but might need more space then an on-property location. Thanks so much Don!

Our favorite Off site property at Disney

We have stayed here on every Disney trip we have taken for the almost the last 8 years. We keep coming back for multiple reasons. The property is less than a 5 minute drive to the entrance of Disney world, this unit is large and very kid-friendly, it is always clean, & finally the owner is extremely accommodating and always aims to make sure we have the best stay possible. We can’t wait for our next visit to this unit. Thanks again for another amazing Disney vacation.

We are Canadian owners of this lovely condo. We bought it to enjoy with our 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. It is set up for children both young and old. The screened in private lunai is perfect for morning coffee {gets sun all day} or evening supper. Childrens playground and splash pad will amuse them for hours. Lagoon style pool is a delight for all. Pool ,splash pad, clubhouse, tennis are only 300 feet away. No need to drive to pool like larger resorts. Very quiet gated property is just far enough off main arterys to be heaven.

Location,location, Location If Disney is your destination then there is very little that's closer. If you stand in the driveway in front of this unit you can see and faintly hear the fireworks every night at Magic Kingdom. You can walk to Mac Donalds, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, supermarkets , shopping. There is a brand new Walmart superstore right at the end of our street. . All of the "children" items are free to use. Double Stroller , single stroller, high chair, bed rails, two portable playpens, potty seat plastic dishes ETC.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

One thing that really appealed to us was this is a second floor unit. It is very quiet and bright. The ground floor units tend to be darker and noisy from the units above them. There is no one above this unit. There are childproof gates at top of both sets of stairs, stairs are inside unit and carpeted. Upstairs units are larger 1480 SQ FT and brighter {more windows} FREE PARKING is right at your front door or there is a dedicated driveway and small garage . Ideal for motorcycle or storing golf clubs, strollers etc. Did I mention parking is FREE!!!
