Nestled just steps from the picturesque Rock Harbor in Orleans, our newly renovated Cape Cod home offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort. Ideal for families or couples seeking a relaxing getaway, this charming retreat promises a memorable stay on the Cape.
This newly renovated cottage was thoughtfully designed by us around our familyâs love of Rock Harbor, boating, sailing, and fishing. Every detail captures the spirit of Cape Cod, from the coastal color palette to the nautical accents, creating a warm and inviting retreat just steps from the harbor.
Cozy, Open Living Area:
Relax in the bright vaulted living space with exposed wood beams, a plush sofa that converts to a queen bed, and a striped coastal rug. Gather around the gas fireplace and enjoy the smart TV after a day by the water.
Modern Kitchen:
Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen featuring custom sage green cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and even a lobster pot for your authentic Cape Cod feast.
Charming Dining Nook:
Enjoy meals at the classic wood table with seating for four, perfectly placed by the window and open to the kitchenâideal for casual breakfasts or cozy dinners.
Serene Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: Rest easy on a king-sized bed adorned with crisp white linens and coastal pillows, surrounded by soft light and simple nautical touches.
