Welcome to our modern and stylish townhome. The spacious, dog-friendly retreat offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. With a fully fenced backyard, your dogs can roam freely while you enjoy the fresh air. Located just a short drive from Appleton, you'll have access to local attractions. The property features an attached 2 car garage for your convenience and has been thoughtfully decorated to provide a home-away-from home experience.
Property has easy access to 441 and 41. This is a perfect location for all the activities the area has to offer.

This property is a 1/2 of a duplex and is conveniently located close to grocery stores and restaurants in the heart of Kimberly. Walking distance to the YMCA (2 blocks) and Tanner's (1 block).
All 3 bedrooms are upstairs on the second level along with the full bath. Each bedroom has a closet and either a dresser or armoire. Bedroom #2 also has a 43" Smart TV. All 3 beds are memory foam.
Full bath has a brand-new shower and tub unit. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer.
Main level has a family room which has a 55" Smart TV. Kitchen with dining table that seats 6, and a half bath.
Kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, cooking utensils, baking dishes (9x13, cookie sheet, casserole dish, etc.)
Lower level has another rec room with lighted shuffleboard, 55" Smart TV, poker, and other games available. Laundry area is also in the lower level with laundry detergent, iron, and ironing board.
