All four bedrooms are equipped with high-quality king-size beds (2m width), viscoelastic mattresses, and hypoallergenic covers. Each room has its own bathroom, direct access to the terrace or boat dock, and modern entertainment through Smart TVs (Samsung, HD up to 4K), including free access to Netflix, Prime Video, and Apple TV+. Electric roller blinds, dimmable lighting, and individually adjustable ceiling fans ensure maximum comfort.



Stylish Bathrooms with Daylight and Wellness Character

Each bathroom is equipped with spacious real glass showers, a separate rain shower, and high-quality granite surfaces. In the master bathroom, you will find a freestanding bathtub and an especially large shower for two people. Hand and beach towels as well as hair dryers are available in sufficient quantities.



Living area with state-of-the-art technology

The open-plan living space is equipped with a 65-inch OLED TV (LG), PS4 console, and a SONOS Dolby Atmos surround system - also separately controllable in the outdoor area. A selection of games ensures entertainment in any weather.

Those who must also be reachable during vacation will find everything necessary in the separate office: Apple Mac, laser printer, fast WiFi (available up to the dock) and free phone flat rates for North America and Europe. The office is also directly connected to the master bathroom.

The open kitchen in solid wood construction leaves nothing to be desired: In addition to modern stainless steel appliances such as oven, ceramic hob, microwave, and refrigerator-freezer combination, you will also find a soda dispenser, ice crusher, milk frother, wine cooler, mixer, pancake pan, and much more. The breakfast corner offers a magnificent view of the terrace.



Dining Area & Breakfast Zone

At the large dining table, up to eight people can find a seat. High chairs, dishes, and cutlery are available for children. All surfaces - including bedside tables - are equipped with noble natural granite.



Pool & Spa with West Orientation

The spacious outdoor area is covered with a modern panorama screen and offers an over 12 m long infinity pool with spa, waterfall, LED lighting and electrolysis disinfection (without chlorine). Sun loungers, lounge furniture, gas grill and seating for up to ten people invite you to linger.



Boat Dock with Tiki Hut & Kayaks

At the private dock (approx. 80 mÂČ) with Captain's Walk and Tiki Hut, you can relax or pick up an optional rental boat directly on site. In about 30 minutes, you can reach the Gulf via the canal system. Kayaks are available free of charge - you can reach the nearby Lake Finisterre in just five minutes.

A modern washing machine, dryer, ironing station as well as clothes drying rack and various board games are available in the utility room.
