Vårt vackra och soliga hus är ett nyrenoverat, historiskt hem som går tillbaka till 1900. En 2 min promenad från tunnelbanan till NYC! 15 min till World Trade Center och mer! Gratis parkeringsplats bakom huset! Perfekt för grupper som besöker JC eller NYC. Huset har 10ft högt i tak, smakfull inredning och ett stort takfönster. Ursprungliga exponerade tegelstenar kompletterar det uppdaterade badrummet. Fullt utrustat kök för matlagning. Härligt möblerat vardagsrum och matsal med Netflix och Wi Fi tillgängligt. Dess rymliga och moderna w / 4 sovrum, 2 badrum och ett separat kontor / studierum för arbete, läsning eller en tupplur. 8 steg leder upp till huset, och 15 steg till andra våningen. Ett sovrum ligger på första våningen och har en full säng, så det är tillgängligt för dem med begränsad rörlighet. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare på första våningen. Vi levererar tvättmedel / mjukmedel! Vi lager köket med snacks, te och kaffe. Den innehåller disk, bestick, redskap, mikrovågsugn, etc.

Clean & modern

Anita was very responsive and easy to work with. Location is convenient to accessing NY City. It ran us about $30 with Lyft to get to Manhattan and about $50 to return end of day. Liked the modern decor and little touches like hot chocolate and popcorn. A dishwasher would have saved us time. Did not care for the area the townhouse was located in. There is a lot of street noise. Overall had a good stay and found the pricing to be reasonable.

Very clean place

We were traveling with a group of 8 adults and had a good time at the house. It’s small but was adequate for us. The one drawback for us was the train into NYC was not working from Friday evening until Monday morning, so we had to take the ferry which added at least an hour or more to the trip. The stop at the World Trade Center is being repaired on the weekends and will be that way until December 2020.

Very cozy, clean and conveniently located

Reasonably priced with easy access to NYC. Perfect for smaller groups. We were a group of 5. The neighborhood outside is typical urban so not much to look at but safe and close to PATH train to NYC. We found the house very clean, cozy, and charming. Also included extra items that some VRBO don't have like extra garbage bags, toilet paper, bath gel, shampoo, coffee. We felt very safe doing the 3 min walk from PATH train to house even in the late evening. We left our SUV parked in the back with the trunk strapped to the top with no issue. Recommend this place and would definitely rent here again next time we plan a visit to NYC.

Everything as advertised, great place!

We had a great experience starting with good communication with the owner and arrived to a very clean and well appointed house. Location was great to access New York which we did every day. I recommend this house.

Location!!

This location was great in that it allowed us to walk just a few blocks and catch the train into NewYork. It is advertised that the house will sleep 8 and that is true. However having 8 people was crowded. Loved the downstairs bathroom, not so much the downstairs bed. Most of my complaints come from not doing my own due diligence. I cannot blame the owner.

Great location from PATH station - very clean everything provided .Great for a family to relax after a hard days sight seeing .Good food available locally . Really cannot find any faults would highly recommend .
