Detta är ett fantastiskt nyrenoverat, rökfritt 4 sovrum, 2 1/2 badrum enfamiljshus som sover sju bekvämt i ett lugnt samhälle, vackert Mountain View. Allt inom gångavstånd från vårt hem till Layton City Mall, teatrar, restauranger, större butiker och de flesta större arbetsgivarområden som; Hill Air Force Base som ligger ungefär 1. mil från mitt hem utanför Hill Field Road. Master BR och badrum är inte tillgängliga under dessa hyror. Hemmet har en vackert anlagd gård fram och bak med ett spelrum, utanför däck, grill, badtunna, bastu, kontorsområde i en kult-säck. Central luft och värme, mjukgörare och alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Inom köravstånd till SLC International Airport, stora motorvägar, lokala shoppingområden, Lagoon rekreations- och nöjespark, Salt Lake City och Ogden City. (ICKE-RÖKARE)

Totally Awesome Property, Owner and Experience

This was our second time at this property and we totally enjoyed our stay. The property is well appointed and decorated to perfection for Christmas. The property was clean and so well maintained. The owners provided a very great check-in and checkout experience. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home - We Enjoyed our Stay!!

This home had many great qualities including: 1) convenient location being near to stores (grocery & retail) + with a quick entrance to the highway 2) Beautiful grounds we enjoyed the back yard with the relaxing water features and the gazebo with the night lighting that comes on - we didn't get a chance to use the BBQ but it was great to have that option 3) Bedrooms in the home were beautiful and so comfortable - I especially loved the bed 4) The Kitchen had all of the appliances and utensils/dishware you would need for your stay with a nice dining table to seat your family 5) Living room had a large TV that had great cable channels to view with comfortable couches and a fire place that turns on with a flick of switch 6) Washer/ Dryer on site with the detergent available for use The Décor in the home is so beautiful that my Grandmother told me to take notes because she would like to get our home to look like it and she is already talking about coming back to stay in a year. We were 100% satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this home - Brian & Susana the managers/owners of the home were delightful to communicate with and very accommodating.

Convenient location, Great House

Located just off I-15 and near the restaurants, shops and stores of the Layton Mall and Antelope Drive Area -this house was great for us as we visited Salt Lake and the Ogden area. The house is well furnished, very clean and the backyard is a real reward The Gazebo was a great escape and wonderful for morning coffee and evening socializing. The game room is OVER THE TOP. Wow!! Great fun. The water features added a tranquility that was unexpected. Can not say enough good things, Brian and Susana were great hosts, responding quickly when we had a question.

Perfect family home

I rented this home for a family vacation with my son who is stationed at Hill AFB. The home and grounds we're beautiful.and perfectly appointed with bedrooms, kitchen, backyard bbq and gazebo, game room and so roomy and comfortable! We had room to spread out when needed but also gather for meals, games and family bonding. The gourmet kitchen was a joy to work in with dishes, pots/pans for cooking and baking. I loved being able to bake my son's favorite cookies during our stay. The backyard setting was so peaceful, green and beautifully landscaped. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio. The owner was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. I highly recommend this home!!

Just bring your clothes!

This home was excellent! The very best stocked home we’ve rented this far, and we use VRBO a lot. Typically I spend a hundred dollars or more on cleaning supplies, paper supplies just miscellaneous items that you need when you stay longer than a few days. They have everything stocked, if you think it’s not there just open another drawer. All the way down to shampoo and conditioner. Very well organized. It was just a super cozy home it seriously feels like you’re staying with friends. The hot tub is great we used that a few times loved it being in the main house. There is a doggy door which was seriously wonderful. We didn’t use the outdoor game room so I can’t say much about that one way or another. We will for sure stay here again I saved it in my favorites for an easy find!

Lovely home with everything you need plus the added bonus of a great games room and outdoor setting

All the space we needed both indoors and outdoors. Both children and adults enjoyed the games room. Great BBQ area. When we needed to contact the owner we had a response straight away which was great

Retired military and Civil Service Employees from Hill Air Force Base. We are empty nesters now traveling the country and around the world. All the children have moved on and we are just getting use to this retirement life style.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Great home, well cared for with a great amount of tender loving and care. Set up for a media to large size family.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Superb location for everything we have ever needed which is within a very short walk or driving distance. Main employers like Hill Air Force Base, Utah was extremely easy to get too, the schools are close by and so are hospitals and everything else you could think of.
