Do you need parking space? How about a quiet night after an FSU win (one day) with only a 7m drive back from Doak Campbell (or 30ish minute walk)? You can be back at TLH the next day within 5 minutes to maximize sleeping in after the night's activities ;).

This spot has it all. Fire pit that makes you feel like you're in the woods? Check.
Tons of parking out front without an HOA looking annoyed, yet again, check.
Centrality to the civic center, Doak, and airport? Check
The space
This is a 3 bedroom, two bath house with a backyard patio, fire pit, and large gravel driveway off of a main road without a neighborhood. Surrounded by trees, this property feels like it's completely secluded, despite only being 5 minutes from the airport and ~7 to downtown or college town. It's just shy over two miles to Doak, so you could even walk on a game day to avoid the traffic or park at the parking garage downtown.

Lots of yard space for contractors, different guests meeting up, etc. I've had people park trailers and personally hosted a few bonfires with over 12 people outside (and nearly as many cars parked). The house itself is good for 6 people, comfortably.
Guest access
You have full access to the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outside property. A utility room, attached to the kitchen, is locked off for cleaning supplies.
