Whether youâre visiting Ft Bliss, UTEP, Downtown, or nearby hospitals, youâll be close to everything â yet tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood where you can relax and recharge.

We chose this area because it captures the heart of El Paso â rich in history, full of character, and centrally located. The neighborhood is part of El Pasoâs historic district, where you'll find beautiful architecture, established homes, and a true sense of community. We love how close it is to Downtown, UTEP, hospitals, and Fort Bliss â all just minutes away. Itâs quiet, walkable, and feels like you're connected to the roots of the city while still having everything within easy reach.
