Grand Oaks - Peaceful & Centrally Location

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home away from home. This home features a one-story, 1700 sq. ft. open concept living, dining, and kitchen, perfect for travelers. Because the back patio connects to the living room, it is easy to socialize both inside and outside with family, utilizing all spaces. The backyard has seating under a covered patio and there is a beautiful view of a 100-year oak tree. The entire backyard has shade which makes it nice to sit outside. There is a 40" TV on the back patio and a bbq pit for grilling. Charcoal not provided. There is a fire pit for ambiance with wood provided. The bedrooms feature furniture and mattresses that are quality for comfortable sleeping. All The bedrooms have a TV and ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and blow dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Kreug for single or pot coffee, a crockpot, a toaster, and an air fryer. The bar area has plenty of wine and beer glasses and a surface to make drinks. There is a bookshelf with reading materials and the TV cabinet has a drawer with plenty of board games to play. The living room TV is 75" and the Master bedroom is 65". This home is centrally located for all adventures in San Antonio- near military bases, hospitals, downtown SA, theme parks, wineries, hiking, lakes, and neighboring cities. The only area that guest does not have access to is the garage. This property is DOG-friendly. I welcome well-trained dogs (no puppies) that are not labeled as "aggressive breeds" with a limit of 2 dogs with a total weight under 100 lbs. I charge a $90 pet fee (covers the entire stay) and ask that you pick up after them when they do their duties outside and kennel or crate them if they are left home alone. If you are bringing a dog, please message me the breed and weight of your dog for approval. There is a doggy door in the living room and a dog kennel in the backyard. Please keep dogs out of plant beds in the backyard, off the sofas in the living room, and out of bedrooms 1 and 3 which have carpeting. For any unreported pets, guests will be charged $200.
