Den 3-rumslägenhet har alla bekvämligheter hemma och har utsikt över en vacker pool och havsutsikt över Coco Beach i lyxorten Playa Grande.

Playa Grande Resort är en 60-enhetig utveckling på Coco Beach, som erbjuder avancerade möblerade lägenheter. Den rymliga 180 kvm lägenhet ligger på tredje och sista våningen. Inom några minuter kan du besöka lokala stränder och städer, särskilt den berömda fiskebyen Barra de Navidad och Grand Bay Resort med sina golfbanor och Marina. Speciella golfpriser gäller för gäster på Playa Grande Resort. Anläggningen omfattar två tennisbanor och grillar finns runt grunderna och på taket Palappas. På grund av de starka havsströmmarna, som ofta är karakteristiska för Coco Beach, finns tre swimmingpooler som täcker 1/3 av en tunnland som ett säkert alternativ för familjer med barn. Det finns en poolbar precis nedanför en vattenfountain där gästerna kan beställa färska drycker, kaffe och avslappnad middag (öppet från november till april). Tillgång till internet är gratis i lägenheten och ett gym och en liten mataffär finns i lägenhetens utveckling nära huvudlobbyn.

Detta är en säkerhetsutveckling med en vakt vid huvudingången. Det finns gott om parkering på plats. Värden bor inte i Mexiko, men resort personal är vänliga och hjälpsamma. Detta är en tyst, säker och mycket autentisk del av Mexiko i regionen Jalisco. Det rekommenderas att gästerna hyr en bil i flygplatsen eller online innan de anländer. Taxi service kan också användas och ganska bekvämt samt reservera personliga drivrutiner för din vistelse. Huvudkontoret och receptionen har många förslag på lokala aktiviteter för dig och dina vänner och familj att njuta av. Kontoret är öppet från kl. 8.00-17.30.
Idealiskt kommer du att anlända för att checka in före kl. 17.30, men nycklarna kan lämnas för dig vid huvudvaktporten och entré om du varnar oss för att anlända senare.

Lägenheten är fullt möblerad och utrustad med tvål och handdukar och kallvattenkylare. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare och strykbräda för din användning, men var god handla tvättmedel, kaffe och din basmaterial och matvaror innan du anländer eller på den lilla butiken som finns i orten under november-april.

Beautiful complex

We spent 5 weeks at this beautiful property. The condo is a nice large condo with a lovely balcony complete with table and chairs and 2 loungers. We were very comfortable in the condo. The owner is very good with communication and helping you in any way. The condo complex is beautiful with immaculate grounds, excellent hard working staff. Tania at the front desk is so helpful with anything you need and speaks perfect English. The convenience store is awesome with well stocked grocery and liquor items. If there is something you need that they don’t have, they will order it for you and you will have it the next day! Benny’s pool bar is a great place. Benny and his staff are excellent and make your pool days fun. Good drinks and good food! There are many grills on the property that are all cleaned daily. The pools are amazing. You can’t swim in the ocean here as the waves are huge but ,you can sit and watch them roll in for hours as they are fascinating to see. Saw lots of whales going by. There is a turtle sanctuary on the property and it is a fun experience to release the baby turtles into the ocean. They also offer aqua size classes three times a week with the fees you pay going towards the turtle sanctuary. There is also yoga twice a week. Both of these instructors are excellent! They also have two very well kept pickle ball courts. The complex is kind of in the middle of nowhere so a car would be nice to have, however, is is very easy to get a taxi at very reasonable rates. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return if given the opportunity.

Beautiful well kept complex!

The condo is huge and well laid out and a very fair price. The place is a bit in the middle of nowhere so you need a car. That being said if you don’t tend to explore then you will be very comfortable here. The small store on the property is the well stocked with fair prices. They have many grills throughout the property and they are cleaned daily. You will be very impressed by how well the entire place is kept. Everyone if friendly! There is a small pool bar that has a great staff. They really make your day at the pool fun. And the food is good too. They have daily specials and happy hour from three to six! The pools are amazing! One end starts out very shallow so all ages can enjoy the water. It gradually gets deeper. It’s reall one infinity pool but has dividers making it four pools. I walked the beach an hour every day and had it all to myself most days. It is huge! The waves are fantastic and got bigger as the winter came. You can’t swim in them but they fascinate you. You can sit and watch them forever. There is a turtle sanctuary on the beach that the complex supports. If you are lucky you will be able to help them release the baby turtles into the ocean. The unit is well stocked. We only cooked six times and ate breakfast there. You are supplied with fresh water. After the first jug is gone you can get a refill downstairs for pennies. We did have a few issues with things in the condo but you just have to report it to the front desk and a repair person will arrive to fix it. We also reported things to the owner, who replied quickly back. Our tv was blurry and the connectors were corroded. We told her and she is getting the tv replaced. I also told her a lounge chair for the balcony would be nice, so hopefully she will get one for the unit. They could also use a good frying pan. I forgot to tell her that. There are a couple there that will do but I don’t think they will last much longer. There are only three cons that I can think of. One is the wifi is not strong enough for everyone in the complex to use at the same time. You will have to find a time good for you when others aren’t using it. The other is that it really is a one shower condo and one bathtub condo. Again not a big deal unless several people want to shower at once. The bathroom with the tub also has a sewer smell that comes and goes. I could live with it but a couple of others couldn’t stand it. We loved our stay and would definitely return again.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Excellent resort for a quiet get away alone or with friends and family. Playa Grande is far from the hustle and bustle and noise of the cities. If you want more activity, restaurants, shops and music and water sports, and golf are minutes to either Barra de Navidad, or the Grand Bay Hotel and resort and its facilities; spa, hair dressers, massage etc. The Playa Grande resort has tennis courts for our guests and pickleball. Depending on the season, there are also acqua gym classes in the pool.

The region is fairly quiet and the advantage of Playa Grande is that it is managed as a small community. It offers maintenance and housekeeping services, with a pool bar open in high season and a small grocery shop on site. As a guest, you can be private and relax, or, you can meet other guests at the pool and be more social with friendly people who often are owners and / or frequent and annual guests.
