Welcome to this charming newly renovated duplex in Salem on the Willamette River across from Mission State Park with views of vineyard's in the hills. This fabulous property offers a cozy bedroom with a king size bed and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of a well-equipped kitchen with seating area and office space/tv room, Perfect for catching up on work or relaxing with a good book, watching tv or riding the exercise bike. Guests can take advantage of the iron, hair dryer, and WiFi provided. Newly renovated with excellent heating and AC, you'll be sure to have a phenomenal stay.
The lush habitat at the confluence of the Willamette River and Spring Creek brings many visitors around the property, including Deer, Great Blue Herons, Beavers, Osprey, Hawks, etc. There is even a nesting pair of Bald Eagles directly across the river. The privacy and natural beauty will make you feel a million miles from anywhere, yet the location is perfect for enjoying all that the Willamette Valley wine country has to offer:
80 minutes - Portland Airport - PDX (depending on traffic)
15 minutes - Downtown McMinnville
15 minutes - Downtown Salem
12 minutes - Evergreen Air and Space Museum
