As a Family of 8 its hard to find a place that accomadates all of us but this condo had it all. We had an amazing stay. Perfect amount of room for all 8 of us. The Hosts were super responsive and gave us great recommendations of places to visit. We would recommend to everyone.

Very nice condo. Suited our need s to a tee. Lots of things to do. Only one dissapointment. Not having the water park and gym entrance included. Including the pass for any of the water parks would be a great show of goodwill to your guests. Another suggestion more towels! One dish towel is ridiculous.

Unfortunately, the indoor water park situation and gym are out of our control - we would absolutely love to provide these amenities to our guests even at a cost to us as hosts, but it is a new resort policy not to sell them to the public. Us private owners are joined together to change this rule and doing everything we can to provide more to our guests. Thank you, again.

We enjoyed our stay at the River Roost. It is clean, well-furnished, spacious, and a short ride to attractions, supper clubs/restaurants, and hiking areas. The hosts were amazing with communication, check in/out instructions, and any other information. The only thing we’d change is being able to spend more time there!

This is the PERFECT place to stay with family! Our kids all came home from college and we wanted some adventure and also knew that everyone would need their own quiet space.We had epic rounds of foosball, made amazing snacks and breakfasts in the kitchen, watched a movie, and ate at Kaminski Brothers which is just a walk away. And the tub was used all nights! Relaxing, entertaining, lovely.

We had a wonderful stay! Our group of eight (six adults and two kids) had plenty of space, and the ground-floor location was a huge plus. It made loading and unloading easy and was conveniently close to the parking area.A few members of our group played the golf course on the property and had a great experience. They mentioned it was well maintained and reasonably priced. We also appreciated having a couple of the pools just a short walk from the condo.The vaulted ceilings were an unexpected bonus and made the space feel even more open and inviting. Everything was clean when we arrived, and the host was excellent with communication throughout our stay.The location was perfect for us. While it's not right in the middle of the Wisconsin Dells attractions, it was only about 8–15 minutes from everything we wanted to do, including Land of Natura, the Dells Boat Tour, and Sneaky Pete's show. We actually enjoyed being just outside the busiest areas while still having easy access to all the activities.Overall, this was a great, family-friendly place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to others. Thanks for hosting us!

The condo was actually 2 adjoining units which worked out well for us. The kitchen on the main side was fully equipped and would have made cooking for our group convenient had we not had dinner plans each evening for our mom’s 90th birthday celebration. Although it is not listed as an accessible unit, we had no trouble adjusting for mom. We brought what she needed to be comfortable. The games provided looked fun and the patio space(s) were awesome. We had river views and forest. We were adjacent to the river walk trail which we took advantage of during down time. All in all the unit was clean, family friendly and our host was excellent at communicating. We would definitely recommend this rental and would come back next trip.
