Bill Cavaliere Àr vÀrd
Weâre Bill and Jill Cavaliere, your hosts here at Four Bar Cottages. Bill moved to the Portal area in 1978 and spent years working in the Chiricahua Mountains, including as a fire lookout, before retiring as sheriff of Hidalgo County, NM. Heâs now a local historian, birder, and author. Jill is a registered nurse who grew up just down the road in Rodeo, NM, and enjoys connecting with people from all over the world. We love this land and look forward to sharing it with you.
