San Remo 304s färgstarka disposition är säker på att bli av med bluesen - bra förutom den gröna bluesen av vattnet i viken i bakgården! En semester på denna South Walton semesterbostad är verkligen en reträtt från det vanliga. Varje bekväma rum har unik inredning, samordnade möbler och lullabies med tillstånd av den lugnande Mexikanska golfen. Särskilda extras som ett barns våningssäng, granitdiskar i köket plus, befälhavaren erbjuder sina lyckliga gäster chansen att varva ner i det överdimensionerade badrummet med jacuzzi-badkar.
San Remo ligger i ett lugnt läge längs 30A i Santa Rosa Beach och har en tidlös skönhet av orörda stränder, en sjö och en fontän och ett soligt pooldäck och bubbelpool. Helt enkelt gå ut på altandörrarna och det varma Florida-solskenet kommer att hälsa på dig och leda dig till solkustiga minnen på Gulfens stränder eller i det lugna poolvattnet. Men bara ut genom ytterdörren och om en tio minuters promenad till väst hittar du dig själv på Gulfplace. Succulenta skaldjursrestauranger, exklusiva butiker, cykeluthyrning och en affär är bland de lokala erbjudanden som ligger på stranden i San Remo.

Under våren och sommaren kräver denna lägenhet en 7-natt, lördag till lördag vistelse. Någon annan gång vi behöver en 3-nätters minsta vistelse. Ingen vinter månadsuthyrning.

Gorgeous view!

Let me start by saying that this property has an absolutely beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was great. It fell short in a few areas that I was disappointed about as the reviews were slightly deceiving I feel. To put it simply it was just dirty. The rugs were filthy. There were some really yucky looking stains under the bunk areas that looked super questionable. There is absolutely nowhere to hang anything like towels or wet swimsuits so that was a pretty big downfall and no storage really in the bathroom as far as shelving goes or anywhere to put anything. Overall considering it included beach service and the view was stunning I’d say it’s worth the price. We personally probably would not stay in this particular unit again unless they got rid of the rugs or had them professionally cleaned, and had whatever those weird stains were under the bunks cleaned. No matter what the price, I should never have to come in and clean a vacation rental myself.

cute condo in a great location!

This was a very cute little condo, perfect size for my husband, baby, and me. The location is awesome. You feel like you have a somewhat private beach and it’s a short walk down. The batteries for the keypad on the front door were running low and the staff replaced them promptly. My only complaint is that the TV barely worked and would freeze or turn off randomly. That wasn’t a huge problem because we weren’t in the condo much anyway.

Great location and property

The unit is every bit as nice as described. Everything was clean and well appointed. The beach is a short distance on the boardwalk. Shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. Management was very helpful when I discovered I left an item in the unit after I checked out. They reactivated the door code so I could recover the item I left behind without a lot hassle. Thank You.

Beautiful scenery

Very nice property, good location. Wish there was a “no Bluetooth speakers and no dogs rule” too much noise for my liking. Too often awakened by screaming kids, loud Bluetooth speakers by the pool and barking dogs. Don’t want to always have to listen to other peoples country music when at the pool. Very nice condo and amenities!

Love San Remo! Always a good view and always very clean grounds. A very well stocked condo. This one is perfect for a couple or a small family. Take your own blow dryer and although the patio furniture is workable some updates would be nice ! Thank you NEwman Daily for another perfect stay !!!!

Beautiful spot

Had a great stay. The condo was comfortably sized for a week at the beach for my husband and me. Easy access to the beach, large clean pool and hot tub. King size bed in the master was comfortable, firm but not too firm. Having 2 full bathrooms was a nice bonus to the space. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The beach view was as advertised in the listing. We plan to return to this condo again in the future. It was a perfect fit for us!
