99 $ SEPTEMBER SPECIAL - COZY & SUPER CLEAN - 10 min promenad till downton

Denna vackert dekorerade stuga totalrenoverades 2012/2013 och ligger i hjärtat av National Historic District of Beaufort och bara 10 minuters promenad till centrala affärer och restauranger. Stugan ligger också nära Paris Island Marine Corps Station.

Stugan har en queen size-säng och ett badrum i full storlek samt ett fullt utrustat kök.
För svalare dagar finns det också en elektrisk spis i vardagsrummet som kan användas året runt. Stugan har också en veranda med gungstolar och ett bakdäck med utemöbler för att koppla av på kvällen.

Vi erbjuder alla sängkläder och handdukar till våra gäster.

Internet / WIFI-åtkomst är också tillgängligt.

Vi ger våra gäster ett pass till Hunting Island State Park and Beach.

Eftersom det inte finns någon fasttelefon i stugan är en mobiltelefon ett måste för nödsituationer eller att kontakta oss under din vistelse för problem eller frågor.

Parkering finns framför stugan.

Vi är stolta över vår stuga, så vi har ordnat en städtjänst för att städa efter din vistelse. De tvättar och torkar sängkläder och handdukar och ersätter dem för nästa gäster. Avgiften på $ 60 är ett tillägg till hyran.

The town of Beaufort is peaceful and beautiful and the house sits right in the heart of the historic part.We enjoyed walking the waterfront and the peaceful view from the porch.

We had a lovely stay at this cute little pink house. Check-in and check-out were a breeze thanks to the clear, easy-to-follow instructions provided by the host. The home was just as described, clean and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in the area!

Excellent Location

The perfect location to walk to Historic downtown and ride to the Spanish Moss Trail. A short drive to Hunting Island SP. The kitchen was very well equipped.

Very Cute Cottage

This cottage was so cute. It had everything you might have needed. It was well organized and very clean. It was the perfect size for me and my husband. Walking distance to downtown Beaufort. I will definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay.

Only issue was shower not maintaining steady temperature. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. We will book again.

Thank you for choosing my cottage for your stay in Beaufort. I am a little surprised about the shower temperature. The shower temperature should be steady since it is a tankless water heater! Also, I wish you had brought this to my attention during your stay instead of surprising me with an online review! I will look into the water heater situation!

Perfect small thing in a beautifuil town

Everything looked good and worked well. The place is a few steps to anywhere in a town where everywhere is just a few steps away. The Pat Conroy Literary Center is just across the street. Loved it.

Salmon house

We were spoiled by a vrbo in fl last month that provided anything and everything. Salmon house was cute and provided the bare basics which was okay. Perfect place for two but no more than that. Close to downtown but a bit of walk though you met the nicest folks during that walk. Felt safe with courthouse in view.

I live in Beaufort and absolutely love the Lowcountry and all it has to offer from a beautiful scenery to the lowcountry boil or also known as Frogmore Stew - ask me what it is and I will tell you all about it!!

I am also a local Realtor and work primarily in the Beaufort area along with the beaches of Harbor Island and Fripp Island!! I own a few vacation rentals that I fixed up myself and manage myself as well.

If you are looking to re-locate to this area or if you simply fall in love with the Lowcountry and would like to own a piece of paradise, I would be happy to assist you in finding your dream home or home away from home!!!

Varför värden valde detta boende

I highly recommend this property to anybody that likes to experience the downtown living but yet wants to enjoy peace and quiet. The cottage is only a 10 minute stroll along the water to downtown Beaufort. And for all our guests that come and visit Beaufort for military graduation, the cottage is only a 10-12 minute drive away from Paris Island!
