To ensure the next guests enjoy a clean and pleasant experience, please clean the barbecue grill thoroughly after use. If the grill is left dirty, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

**Additional Rules**

- Please treat the home with care and leave it in the condition you found it.
- A maximum of **one service animal** is allowed on the property, with a **$250 fee**.
- We kindly ask that no items be removed from the home during or after your stay.
- **Smoking is strictly prohibited**, both inside and outside the property.
- **Parties and events are not permitted** under any circumstances.
- **Early check-in** is available (subject to availability) at **$25 per additional hour**.

To access the property guest must access the XLarge lockbox for gate remote to park on driveway code is 4035. Lockbox is located on front pillar by the door gate entrance and it has the remote controller for guests to open the gate

Please note: A fee of $150 will be charged if the gate remote is lost or damaged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the security and functionality of the property.

To lock the property, simply close the door and press and hold the large button at the top until the lock engages. This ensures the property is properly locked.

When checking out, please return the gate clicker to the extra-large lockbox. After placing it inside, spin the numbers to secure the lockbox and ensure it can’t be opened again.
