Great Studio, Excellent Location & Amenities!
This studio has it all - great location and all the amenities. Located in the Main Street Station complex and just a short walk to Peak 9 base area , downtown and all the restaurants, shops and bars that Breckenridge Main Street has to offer. Complex amenities include a heated outdoor pool with fantastic ski area views, 7 hot tubs, a fitness center and underground parking.
The space:
âą Studio with king bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a separate bathtub and shower.
âą 1 full bathroom.
âą Dining table with seating for 4.
âą Cozy living area with gas fireplace (turned off in the summer) and double sized sofa sleeper.
âą Kitchen stocked with a small dishwasher, mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and all the tools need to create a meal.
âą Mountain view.
*While the space can sleep up to 4, the sofa sleeper best fits 1 adult or 2 children.*
Complex resort features for guests:
âą Large outdoor area featuring a heated outdoor pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs, gas grills and views of Maggie Pond and the ski area.
âą Fitness center for all of your workout needs, a steam room and 3 additional outdoor hot tubs.
âą Complimentary ski and boot valet through Charter Sports, we also have a Charter Sports discount link for gear rentals!

âą Multiple shops and restaurants

PARKING:
âą Heated underground parking for 1 car.
***PLEASE NOTE*** There will be a parking fee that will need to be paid on-site via a QR code in order to park in the building. The fees will be the following:
May 1st - October 31st: $15/night
November 1st - April 30th: $25/night
These fees are extra, to be paid on-site and not included in the price.
âą Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit in the garage must park at either the Ice Rink (located just down the street) or Airport Road overnight pay lot. Visit BreckPark for more information.
Main Street Station Location:
âą Several restaurants are also located in Main Street Station as well as a ski shop, wine bar, and clothing stores. There is a public fire pit located next to Maggie pond that is a great place for relaxing.
âą Main Street Station is located next to the Village which is situated at the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Lift. *Ski in/out designation is based on Peak 9 being open and/or having adequate snow coverage. Peak 9 typically opens around Thanksgiving and closes in April. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain lift and terrain statuses.
âą The complex is located on Main Street, at the corner of Park Ave and Main. There are several restaurants, bars, shops and cafes within a few minutes walk. Across the street you'll find the Breckenridge Brewery serving lunch and dinner or Broken Compass Brewery featuring lots of locally made draft beers.
Other things to note:
» The minimum age of the primary renter must be 21.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
