Durant condominium complex kompletterade nyligen en yttre renovering pÄ 12 miljoner dollar (fÀrdigstÀlld i juni 2015). Beautiful Condo Near Town

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The listing is pretty accurate, with pictures representing the unit. It's clean, modern and nicely laid out. There's a king bedroom, queen bedroom and a queen bedroom with twin bunk, I believe this is different from the description. Also, the unit is on the 3rd floor of a walkup...be mindful of this! The views are amazing, the beds are comfortable and the proerty is well maintained.

Amazing place!

We have stayed at many condos in our travels and this is one of the VERY BEST. The views are incredible and the location could not be better. We enjoyed the easy ski in/out to Aspen Mountain and easily walked to town, the skating rink, and the free busses to the other partner mountains. The interior of the condo was clean, comfortable, and complete with upgraded finishes like wonderful linens, TVs in every room, electric shades, and heated bathroom floors. We cooked in as well as ate out. The kitchen had everything we needed and the island was a perfect spot for our children. Thank you for sharing your home. We will be back!

Comfortable with the BEST views right in the CENTER of town

Unbelievable windows and views, beautifully decorated and comfortable home! Beds are really comfortable and rooms are spacious. Its on the 3rd floor in a building without an elevator so you get your workout daily. There is a very large storage space on the first floor to store your gear, etc. with a bike lock. Minimal kitchen supplies to use but this was not a huge deal bc we only cooked breakfast at home. This home is 1 block from the center of action- we will definitely be coming back!

Nelson Ski Vacation

We really enjoyed pot stay. GREAT location to catch the gondola up and to shop downtown Aspen. Condo was very clean and was perfect for me and my husband and our niece and nephew. We would definitely come back!

Right in the heart of Aspen. Great location, lovely condo. Walk-up gave us our cardio (on top of the skiing), but really great unit. Comfortable and as-listed. Would have loved some robes (being picky), but otherwise great spot.

Gorgeous 3rd Floor Walk-Up

This property is beautiful, well appointed, and in the absolute heart of Aspen. It is ideal for shopping and dining, and for skiing Aspen Mountain. Be aware that Aspen Mountain has no greens, and very few easy blues. If you're skiing Snowmass, Buttermilk, or Aspen Highlands, you will have to take a free shuttle that takes about 30 minutes. The shuttle stop is a 5 min walk from the condo. We loved everything about the inside of this condo... the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is a 3rd floor walk up, which is challenging with luggage and ski gear (the ski locker is also on the 3rd floor).

Spring Break 2024

Hard to beat the location if you want to be in the heart of Aspen. Seamless check in, just followed the detailed instructions that were provided. We did need one item addressed which it was with one phone call, easy. Overall I would stay there again, ski season or summer, great location!

How do I begin? What a beautiful rental with an insanely gorgeous view of Aspen. My family loved how close it was to the town, we walked to everything! It was magical. Grant was awesome and helped us when needed. He has such a beautiful property and we would stay here again!!!! The condo is so chic and stunning, it’s clean, and had everything we needed. Incredible Location and Views!

Hard to beat the incredible views of the slopes and downtown Aspen from this unit. This remodeled condo is in great condition and is well stocked. Literally blocks to all Aspen has to offer - we walked everywhere. Highly recommend for your next Aspen booking. The responsive host will make your booking and check-in very easy.

I had been a visitor to Aspen, both winter and summer, for over 20 years prior to purchasing this condo. My family and I use the condo for our personal use frequently and treat it as our home - not just a rental unit.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Prior to purchasing this particular property, we looked at many other condos and homes both in the town of Aspen as well as in the surrounding communities. This particular property met all of our most important criteria - location, convenience, view. Because of its location, we never rent a car when we visit. The airport is only about 5 miles (10 min by taxi) away and everything is within walking distance (skiing, restaurants, shops, grocery store, pharmacy, free Aspen shuttle bus, etc).

Secondly, the views from this property are awesome! The entire west wall of our condo is floor to ceiling glass that provides an outstanding view of Aspen Mountain, the town of Aspen, and Red Mountain to the north.

Finally, the convenience of skiing directly onto the mountain is a huge bonus.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The two big benefits of our condo are being able to ski onto the mountain directly from the condo and being able to easily walk to all of Aspen's shops and restaurants.

Unless you want to spend time exploring the area outside the town of Aspen, it is not necessary to have a rental car.
