Brand new 3-bedroom house at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains
Bucolic and chicâ Take in all Nelson Countyâs Rockfish River Valley and âBrew Ridge Trailâ (Rt. 151) have to offer in this stylish, new house nestled at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains amid a quiet, 5-acre meadow with 180-degree mountain views.
This is a new house (just built in 2025), freshly furnished and stocked with brand new appliances and kitchen ware. It features one primary bedroom with a private bath and walk-in closet, two other bedrooms that share a full bathroom, and a powder room/half-bath just off from the large kitchen and great room. All bedrooms feature beautiful views of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains. From the great room and the back deck you can see the Humpback Rocks, a popular local hiking destination. The interiors are professionally designed by KPH Studio.
The house is approximately one mile from Rt. 151 and is within 5 miles of at least three different breweries, 5 wineries, and a distillery. Wintergreen resort is within a 20 minute drive and Charlottesville and the University of Virginia are an easy 30 minute drive away. Many great hikes are also close by including the longest waterfall in Virginia (Crabtree Falls, ~40 minute drive) and the aforementioned Humpback Rocks (~20 minute drive).
Spend your days enjoying everything the surrounding area has to offer and wind down in the evening amid stellar sunsets, singing sparrows, croaking spring peepers in the nearby pond, and herd of deer grazing in the meadow.
