Everything about this rental is 5 star

Perfect accommodation for mom/son trip to float the river. There were 3 moms and 4 teenage boys and there was ample room to spread out. Close to float rentals on the Comal and lots of great restaurants. We will definitely rent again and highly recommend this rental.

We cane here for me and my twins 30th birthday and it was perfect and so close to everything we were able to walk where we wanted! I recommend this place and the host was so nice and sweet!

Girls Weekend

Myself and six of my close friends stayed at this property and we loved it! It was a quiet property and so close to Greune. It was very clean which is most important to me and had all the amenities. I will definitely be back!

Good location.

Nice, clean place. Good access to the river and Gruene Hall. Don't try to check in without an ID of the one single person on the reservation. No exceptions. Quite ridiculous. But that's the rules! Made the majority of our group wait 3 or 4 hours to check in. Our bad, just frustrating. No manger on duty. No exceptions........

Nice spot with good space!

We were only here for 1 night but would really enjoy staying longer. It was a really great size for 4 adults and 3 kids, the pool is heated, and there’s a very nice game room. It’s a great location close to Gruene and New Braunfels.

Great Getaway

Great place, a little complicated to find

This place was great! However when I was first checking in, I realized that the picture of the condos listed on VRBO is outdated. The picture makes it look like the condos are tan but they are in fact blue. That would be the only thing I would say is negative about my experience.

River front property

The indoor space was beautiful and clean; however, I thought I was renting a river front property as I thought that is how it was described Also the picture from the porch seemed to have water in the background. I reserved last minute so I didn't really understand that it wasn't located on the river, The is what I wanted but I guess in my haste I didn't realize it wasn't located on the river, Everything inside was lovely.

Loved the property and location.

I was very disappointed with the front desk at the property. These ladies were ugly and said they couldn’t approve me staying because my name wasn’t on an e-mail. I called another location to try and get reservations since it was graduation weekend. The owner called and assured me we were ok. We were and finally got to go to the place we booked.

Great stay

From check in to check out we had a great stay even though the weather wasn’t great. There were 8 of us and yo just can’t hear a nice, new, clean place with all the amenities of a house for the price of less than two hotel rooms. Property is in a great location in Gruene. We were here at the wrong time of year but you could literally walk a few feet to the rafting and tubing rentals across the street.

Outstanding well decorated Townhouse - great location

The townhouse and resort was amazing! Everything from making the reservation, to check-in to the actual house was perfect without any issues. We did not use the pool area, however it appeared to be very clean. The Townhouse was very clean, very well decorated and lots of space! This resort/townhouse area is right across the street where you can rent a tube (we did not tube this trip as it was in March, however we have in the past and the location across the street is perfect). We will stay here again. Thanks!
