House is inside a gated community with private security inside Aldea Zama. You can walk, ride bikes or scooters around the area, to the beach, downtown, cenotes and ruins.
Private Parking is in a place designated just outside the house

*Tulum is a growing city with construction in many areas, please be aware it is normal to hear construction noise during the day and it is normal for electricity to go out from time to time. This property has a back up generator for all major items in case of a power outage*
