As you step through the front door, you’re welcomed into a gracious foyer that sets the tone for this elegant home. Just to the right is the main-floor office, a quiet and sunlit space that doubles as a 5th bedroom, furnished with a queen memory foam pullout sofa bed—ideal for accommodating extra guests. A convenient half-bath is located nearby.

Beyond the foyer, a formal sitting area features a grand piano and a double-sided fireplace, which connects to the refined formal dining room. This space includes an 8-person dining table, creating a perfect setting for celebratory meals or quiet, elegant dinners.

The gourmet kitchen and adjacent living room are open and inviting, ideal for cooking, gathering, and relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and a second 8-person dining table. It’s fully stocked with high-quality cookware, utensils, and serving ware—everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. The secondary suite features a king-size bed and stylish furnishings. The bunk room offers extra flexibility, with XL twin-over-XL twin bunks and a queen bed ideal for children, teens, or mixed groups.
