Perfekt familjesemester bara två timmar från tvillingstäderna! Sandstrand, 22 fot Weeres ponton ingår, vattentrampolin, ren sjö, volleybollplan och mer, du kommer aldrig att bli uttråkad på The Lake House!

Välkommen till The Lake House vid Burgen Lake! Vår stuga med 7 sovrum ligger vid vackra sjön Burgen med sandbotten för bad, fiske och skoj! Koppla av på ett av de stora däcken, ta pontonen ut på sjön eller sitta på bryggan och njut av solen. Lake House ligger vid vackra sjön Burgen, som är en 182 tunnland stor sjö som strömmatas. Ligger bara 4 miles från centrala Alexandria, Minnesota. Uthyrning inkluderar en 22 fot Weeres ponton, en kanot, två kajaker och en 25 fot vatten trampolin. Det finns också en sandvolleybollplan i trädgården, eldstaden och hängmattor för dig att njuta av.

Huset är en öppen planlösning på huvudnivån som ansluter kök, matsal, vardagsrum och vardagsrum så att hela gruppen kan vara tillsammans. Köket är fullt utrustat för alla dina matlagningsbehov med en dubbel ugn, 5 brännare elektrisk kokplatta, kaffestation och alla grunderna du behöver. Det finns också ett halvt badrum på huvudnivån och ett sovrum. På bakdäcket hittar du en Weber gasgrill för din användning.
Nedervåningen finns ett andra vardagsrum för gäster att njuta av med spel och en smart TV. Det finns också en uppsättning våningssängar och en utdragbar soffa i nedervåningen, ett 3/4 badrum, litet airhockeybord, fotbollsbord och arkadspel Big Buck Hunter. Du hittar också ytterligare två ugnar och en andra kyl / frys.

På övervåningen har sovrummet med en king size-säng och ytterligare tre sovrum med queen size-sängar. Det finns en full tvättstuga på övervåningen samt ett komplett badrum. Till sist på övervåningen hittar du Madeline Room, som är en hit med barnen! Den kan sova 6 bekvämt i sängar.
Observera att vi har ett stort två bilgarage tillgängligt vid behov. Det finns ingen tillgång till garaget om du inte betalar en extra avgift för att använda det.

Licens nr 1866 - Övernattningskapacitet är 12 personer i åldern 6 och uppåt med barn 5 och under ingår inte i det totala. Högst 12 extra gäster på dagen för totalt 24 totala gäster på fastigheten (6 år och äldre) är tillåtna enligt Douglas County VRBO-krav. Ägaren kan ha ytterligare krav. Parkering är begränsad till 12 bilar med gatuparkering under dagtid men bara på vår sida av vägen - INGEN ÖVERGÄNDSPARKERING ÄR TILLÅTT PÅ GATEN - INga undantag.

Family Girl's Weekend

Beautiful and spacious! The view from the house is spectacular. We enjoyed a fire on our first night. The game room in the basement is a lot of fun. Everything was as presented and easy to access.

Perfect for family getaways!

This was our first time at the Burgen Lake property and it did not disappoint. We spent our days on the dock, in the boat and around the living room. The property allowed family from all corners of the country to reconnect, unplug and have a great Labor Day weekend. Michele and her property management team were responsive, helpful and polite. We hope to come back next summer!

Terrific location for family vacation

Our family of 9 adults and 9 kids enjoyed a lovely week at this beautiful property. The house and the property are well kept and perfect with many bedrooms. Our family mostly spent each day fishing and swimming, the beach front is exceptionally nice for our big group. The property manager, Amos is the best, so helpful if you have a question.

Another Fantastic Year at Our Favorite Lake Home!

Our family just wrapped up our second year staying at this incredible lake home, and it’s safe to say we’ve found our perfect getaway spot. The property offers everything you could want for a memorable vacation. The house itself is spacious and maintained well, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel at home. The accommodations are comfortably furnished and equipped with all the amenities you could need. We’ve found it to be the perfect blend of cozy and relaxing. The lake is clean and clear, it’s understandable why we keep coming back. Fishing from the dock is always a highlight, with the lake offering plenty of opportunities to catch some great pan fish. Our kids had a blast with the swimming, trampoline, and paddle boats. The pontoon was a fantastic place for us to gather for an evening ride or middle of lake swimming antics. The volleyball and basketball courts offer entertainment for the adults while the children enjoyed the outdoor playset. The basement has a variety of video games for indoor fun. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s become a special spot for our family vacations, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

The best vacation property for the entire family

Our family ranged in ages from 2-13. The kids loved the water trampoline, playing in the sand, volleyball games, fishing off the dock, paddle boating and all the activities inside. The adults loved that all the kids were busy and happy. Thanks again for our 4th annual family reunion. Looking forward to 2025.

Perfect location

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The long stretch of sandy beach kept the kids, all under 5, entertained and busy. They had so much fun. The pontoon was great and we had several fun rides. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals and there are plenty of dishes. Michele was always very prompt in answering questions. We also appreciated how close we were to Alexandria.

Great house for family vacation

This is our second time renting this property for our family vacation (8 adults, 7 children 1yr-9). The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space, when they need a break from the chaos 😜. Having use of the pontoon is a real plus. The owners of the home were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Hoping to rent again soon!

Great place for a multi-generational stay

Loved the property! Excellent views of the lake from the back deck and from inside the house. Many spaces for folks to spread out. The pontoon was great, really glad we added that to our rental.

great family outing

The house and the location were perfect for us. We enjoyed the water even though the weather was not as warm as we would have liked. There were many little things that were so nice - prepasted toothbrushes, baking supplies, and hillbilly tupperware containers for leftovers- we had a wonderful time and would love to return.

Great place for a large group

We were in town for a wedding and needed space for three families with kids ranging in age from 1-17. The Lake House was the perfect fit - both in size and location. There were plenty of bedrooms to allow for spreading out, each family had their own bathroom, and the gathering spaces were never too crowded. Communication with the host was great and we appreciated the flexible check-in and out times.

Gals getaway while guys are hunting

We had a great two night stay. The basement games were awesome! We played volley ball, went to several local attractions with the kids, played games and enjoyed family. The extra little things like toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, etc. we’re really nice. A couple suggestions: checkout at 9:30 am is difficult with large groups, particularly with young people. I wanted to kayak as it was a beautiful fall afternoon, no life jackets were available. A couple of the boards on the swing set, had an end that was in tough shape, concerned with kids playing.

Beautiful house and setting

This house was just what we wanted! Lots of room for our ladies get away. Big rooms, big kitchen table for eating and games. Lots of refrigerator space (2 full size, 2 mini)....two ovens....big cooktop. Several ice makers. So well stocked with soaps, paper towels, bathroom tissue, napkins, plastic forks etc along with so many places settings of flatware, dishes and steak knives. Most any utensil, pan, baking pan, bowls, etc you could want. 4 slice toaster, Keurig and regular coffee maker, crockpot.....you get the picture! And detailed things....from big spice selection.....to individual pre-pasted toothbrushes.....K-cup selection...hot apple cider mix....you get the picture. The view of the lake is stunning and it's a short walk to the water. The supplies and everything provided reflect the size of the property. Much thought went into this property as a vacation rental....and we benefited from it. Amos texted us right after we arrived and when we contacted him about a couple of small things, he responded right away. Great experience!

Family Anniversary/Birthday Getaway

Overall the property was perfect for all 6 adults and 6 children! There were plenty of rooms for everyone! The dock was huge and perfect for all the children to catch lots and lots of fish! Bonfire pit was beautiful next to the lake and my children loved the big sand volleyball course that they actually used as a huge sand box!

Perfect for our family

3rd year with our family at this location. We enjoy everything about the house and quiet neighborhood includng the beach, swimming and tubing, fishing off the dock for little ones, and volleyball court. The manager and owners are responsive and nice to work with for any problems.

Week At The Lake

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for our growing family. Enjoyed the table space for dining together both indoors and outdoors. Loved the house and all it's amenities. The lake was perfect - the water clear, the beach sandy, fishing off the dock, and a beautiful pontoon to use to tour the rest of the lake. It was also very close to Alexandria so you could easily run in to pick up any needed items or enjoy local entertainment. The property owners were great to work with and very prompt at answering any questions.

Wonderful home and property!

Beautiful home and property to rent. Kitchen is well stocked, lots of space to gather together or choose a quiet room on your own. The owners/manager were very responsive when there was a problem with alarm system and stovetop and the problems were quickly resolved. Great amenities but we were disappointed that the advertised Buck Hunter, Foosball, and Hulu access were not working. All in all a great place to enjoy with family or friends.
