Escape to our 3-bdrm waterfront haven in Cape Coral with 3 king beds, 4 baths, a gourmet kitchen, office, and high-speed WiFi. Relax in the heated pool inside a picture frame lanai with stunning sunset views over a Gulf-access canal. Sleeps 8 with extra space in study/living room. Enjoy nearby restaurants, downtown Cape Coral, and off-street parking. Pool heat available on request (2 days’ notice). No pets allowed.
The space
Step inside to a bright open-concept living room. To the right, you’ll find the private dining room and a custom kitchen. To the left is a dedicated office/study and the second master suite with its own bathroom. Just past the kitchen on the right, there’s another bedroom with an ensuite bath and an additional bathroom. The main master suite, complete with a spacious master bath, is located at the back of the home.
Guest access
You will have full access to the house except the garage and the Boat and Boat Lift.

Pool Heater Disclaimer

We’re happy to offer guests use of our in-ground pool, equipped with a heater for your comfort. The heater is turned on seasonally or when the property is booked.

Please allow 12–24 hours for the water to reach the desired temperature. While we prepare the pool before your arrival, water temperature preferences vary, and we cannot guarantee it will match each guest’s ideal.
