The inviting, single-story interior comes completely furnished for family comfort, while the private outdoor oasis offers fun in the sun with a fully screened-in pool and a separate sunroom furnished for all-day leisure. The home's location in Sarasota's South Gate Ridge neighborhood leaves you just minutes from Siesta Key beaches, bars, and dining options. Endless outdoor recreation abounds, with nearby highlights including TPC Prestancia Golf Course (5.0 mi.) and the Red Bug Slough Preserve (1.0). Added perks include two outdoor showers for rinsing off after trips to the beach.
Updated sofas, board games, toys, and a smart TV's in each room offer comfortable family entertainment in the living area. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. The enviable en-suite bathroom attached to the primary bedroom boasts an added dose of luxury.
During the winter months enjoy the newly installed pool heater!
