The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, wooded environment, no city traffic or route is heard.
It has an alarm with monitoring service and an outdoor camera system.
Location is excellent, it is a 10 minute drive to the city center of ParanĂĄ and 30 minutes to the city center of Santa Fe.
The space
Interior:
- Main kitchen area, living room. Two 3-seater armchairs and a coffee table in front of a 42 Ì smart TV, with flow service installed, full kitchen equipped with breakfast bar, dining table, storage areas.
- Master bedroom with king size bed (2x2), large walk-in closet and separate entrance from the backyard. Air-conditioned
secondary bedroom, 3 single beds and a bunk bed with 3 vertical beds. with air conditioning.
Both bedrooms share a toilet, a bathroom with a sink and a bathroom with a toilet and bidet, a shower with a bathtub.
The entire property has a radiator
heating system Exterior:
Semi-covered area attached to the living room that has a generous grill space with its accessories, laundry area, bathroom without shower, long table and chairs.
Pool area surrounded by a wooden deck and an adjoining pergola for shelter from the sun.
Bar area with freezer, behind the pool area, with sink with running water for washing and bathrooms without showers, which serves as a meeting space. to free up the indoor area in case there are guests resting.
Guest Access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire property and its environments.
It is not a shared house.
Rooms will be available according to the number of guests who book.
