Step back in timeâwithout sacrificing modern comfortâat this beautifully restored 1781 home in the charming Coxsackie/New Baltimore area of New Yorkâs Hudson Valley. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this spacious estate blends rich history with tasteful, modern renovations.
Key Highlights:
The house is conveniently located off the 9W with quick access to downtown Coxsackie (5 mins drive), Town of Catskill (10 mins drive), Town of Hudson (15-20 mins drive).
Groceries, coffee and liquor stores within a 5 mins drive!
P.S. One of the best antique stores upstate is a 2 min drive from the house!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
I fell in love with the Hudson Valley when I first visited almost 10 years ago! I knew I wanted to be within a close proximity to a small town/village to create a nice gateway from the city. The town of Coxsackie is very special - it felt like the perfect blend of small town feel while staying very close to major attractions upstate!
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
I was always fascinated by older properties - the architecture, the little details and their beauty that comes with their age! Built in 1781, this property is one of the oldest in the area -- and so many details have been preserved over the years!
